The air conditioning did not work very well, and it was quite frustrating for people in our group.

The room had everything we needed for a very comfortable stay - air conditioning, small refrigerator, blow dryer, toiletries, oversized bath towels, and nice bedding. The water pressure in the shower was great! We were close to restaurants (recommend Brace e Gusto), yet the location was very quiet for sleeping at night. There was also breakfast service.

Accessible from the metro. No AC. They don't serve hot breakfast.

The hotel was very nice and the workers very polite ! I was a tourist for the first time in Rome! Just to have a place near the city to come to fast and to sleap over it was realy a good deal ! Not expencive but meets all the expetations even if it does not look fancy! Qiet place to sleap and very comfortable beds ! Nice bathroom and just a pleasent experience in all! The only 2 things i did not like was a little weak presure of water in the shower but it still was decent! And the second a super salted eggs at breakfast! But apart that all other breakfast options were so delicious and good that it is irrelevant and just my subjective opinion !

AC was not working and twin room was hot as hell coz it faced to the sun. We asked to change us the room with window to the other side but they said those rooms are single rooms. but after I met a couple who has the room to the other side. So staff do not like their job. I found I used tissue close the bed. Cleaning person do not like their job. Old lady was preparing breakfast and fried egg was salty like ocean. The lady do not like her job. When it’s 26 degrees outside, the small room with sun side window without AC means hotel owner doesn’t care his property. And it will take you 1h by bus half hour by metro to the center and 3or400 meters to walk to reach your hot and dirty room under Italian sun.

Close to metro, reception open 24/7 Breakfast wasn't good, bad smell to the food, we were afraid to eat it, no choice in food, only one cheese type, no eggs. Coffee was served with coffee grounds in it because they didn't know how to operate the machine. Matrices was very slept in so it was uncomfortable. In the shower you need to wait up to 10 min for hot water.

Very quiet and near metro station in a neighbourhood with range of local places to eat. Room had not been cleaned properly - waste paper basket had not been emptied.

Staff was very friendly, room very clean with natural amenities like soap etc. Room was small but had everything including a desk and the safe so it is appropriate for a business trip too. Very good value for money and in a very nice area well located near shops and metro. It was not noisy. So I will definetely return Breakfast was good but I suggest they have a bit more hot food like eggs. Otherwise it was very good with a great selection of continental brekkie.

It’s located within the city close to the metro station Conca d’Oro, there are places to have dinner nearby. The center can be reached within 20 minutes or so. The room was clean and had everything necessary. The hotel needs a renovation, the rooms are old-fashioned and there was a bit of mould in the bathroom.

Metro station is really near. it was really easy to travel to city centre. Room just wasn't comfortable. I was missing bedsheets and normal clean blanket. Room is small really not good organised with furniture. We were really unsatisfied. We had problem with lights, it was still automatically turning on and off first evening. We definitely would not come back again to this Hotel. Personal wasn't even nice during the breakfast. We expected more.. Unfortunately really low rate for me..

The location was good and near to the metro station Breakfast was very poor , I would have atleast wished bread and egg .

Close to a metro station and to the Rome Temple of the church of Jesus Christ of latter day saints They could have given more shampoo

Hotel is nice, clean and the staff is superkind. Its smaller hotel - modern compared to some oldschool competition in Rome but it has nice rooms - well equiped for the money. This has been already my second stay (even the first one was more than 10 years ago). Its close to metro station and in walking distance you have some nice sightseeing opportunities and restaurants. Probably only negative was smaller buffet breakfast - but really superb coffee! No automatic espresso - proper machine and you could even ask for cappucino for breakfast.

The location is not in a nice district, but good (close to metro station). And the price is reasonable for Rome. Staff is friendly, but does not care too much about the better service. Breakfast is not good (except for cakes). Room service sometimes does not provide with shampoo and sometimes does not change towels. It took 2 days for the administration to repare the safe (change bateries). Probably it would be too much to ask, but during such a hot season a bottle of water in the room would be a nice gesture.
