The place is Very clean, the staff is great and very supportive. The room and bathroom are a good size. There are restaurants nearby and easy access to transport to the city center.

Food stores and public transportation nearby. Private in-room bathroom. A bit hard to find because it was in a building under construction. Tiny elevator.

The breakfast is italian style- sweets and coffee so having in mind that, it was great, since there was always couple of sweet options and coffee you can make yourself. The room was very clean when we came and the bathroom as well. The bathroom was external for our room (no 3) but it was not a problem for us because it is private just for our room. Also, some comments were saying that there was not hot water but we did not have that problem and we were 6 days there. The host was very kind and responsive and helped with all questions we had. Also the location is great, you have direct bus to the city center. :) The noise isolation is not so good, the walls are very thin between rooms but since other guest were ok, it was not so bad at last.

The location is good, right opposite the hotel there are public transport stops going to the center. The room is clean and bright. The lobby is very comfortable, where you can spend time outside the room, there is also coffee, cookies, water, milk for breakfast. There was a little problem with the internet, it didn't work properly in the room area, but everything was fine in the lobby.

The communication with the host. The host was very helpful and responsive.There were also some sweets and coffee for breakfast, as well as water. Air conditioning was also very good for this season.

Easy access to Tourist attractions The Place was inaccessible. Couldn't find the owners / renters for hours. Too many persons milling around in the same space. We did not feel secure Besides,, there was not even a spoon to eat some cereal. The other occupants ate all the snacks and juices. The experience was horrible. I demand a refund .

Everything was nice, the place was clean, easy to reach instructions were clear for check in as we reached around 12 in the night. Tips were given to move around the city easily. Most important the host was very helpful and available when required. Everything was good

Nice and clean. Good value for money. Person who checked us in was very nice and friendly, gave us some good recommendations on where to eat some real good pasta. Special thanks to the little helper, who made sure we both got a bottle of water. Location. Was just a bit difficult to find it since it was kinda a flat inside a big building. Could use a sign outside to tell people they are at right place, but that's it.
