The place is as shown in picture. It was clean and well managed. They maintain their place. It’s not the Rome center but just north in a residential neighborhood. My brother had an emergency surgery and this place was walking distance for me to visit. We stay here for more recovery time for him and it was great to have an elevator. Due to my uncertainty of how long I will need to stay, they were so accommodating to move things around so we can stay in their B&B and not have to move to another place. We stay in total of 9 days and only have to move room 2 two time. Nothing

We liked everything about the property! The room was beautiful and spacious. We had the balcony and an en-suite which was definitely a bonus. And everything was extremely clean. Cristian, the host, was so helpful and friendly. Highly recommended!

it’s calm, the tenant care about you and make sure you feel good ! for the peoples who don’t like walking or being far from the main attraction, I suggest you find something more close but if you don’t mind it’s the perfect place to stay

Everything was very good and comfortable. The hosts were very friendly and accommodating. The room was very clean, and access to public transportation was easy. The only issue was that the bathroom which was in the hallway, but I must say it really wasn’t a problem!

within 10 minute walk from tain and metro, and 5 minutes from bus stops, and 25 minutes ride to Central Rome. Beautiful apartment with lovely leafy view of the suburb. The checkin was very smooth and the staff was very prompt and communicative and was there at the arranged time for the check-in. At the check out, I just left the key on the door and could leave my suitcase in the hallway and collect later in the afternoon. I have a lovely stay. Highly recomment!

Very Nice please, with easy access, super convenient - 5 minutes to metro, 10 minutes to train to FCO airport. At the building coffee place. Would come again definitely Nothing

Location was great, facilities were great too. Could not ask more for a few day trip. The sink in the shower had a lot of long hair stuck into it, and the water went down really slow.
