Like Family House

Francesa was great and very helpful about everything we needed. We really like the concept, where you have your private bedroom with bathroom (also fridge in the room), and a common dining room, kitchen, and a big balcony you can use anytime. Arriving from/to the airport was super easy by train, and the metro station is also very near.

The room is small but clean with espresso and frother machine, coffee pods provided, so you can have great quality cappuccino at home. :-) Generally we enjoyed everything when stayed here, but we think that the self-served breakfast could be improved by providing more choices, and have the basic stuff such as eggs refilled everyday. The fresh eggs in the fridge were running out on the 2nd day and we reminded the caretaker about it, but it was not refilled till we left on the 4th day.

What a wonderful place to explore Rome!! Just 7 minutes from the Metro and 10 minutes from the Termini, this location is ideal. Lots of options in the neighborhood for eating, shopping and relaxing. The breakfast area is terrific with all the food you might want. It’s serve yourself, all day and night with coffee, tea and snacks. Breakfast includes eggs, meats , cheezes, yogurt, bread. It’s has a panini press, toaster, microwave stove oven….everything!! Room is taken care off often and there is a good shower either plenty of hot water. All in all a gem!! Location very close to the metro station, breakfast included, nice neighbourhood. The noise from the Green Room (especially at night). I think it has been produced by the air conditioning.

Convenient location near metro and train station, felt safe around the neighborhood, close to some great eateries, comfy beds, clean, communicative host. I can only remember good things!!

Near to convenient stores where you can directly reach it from the building's entrance. The owner was kind and with helpful suggestions. The housekeeping staff whose name is Winnie, a Filipina, was very friendly and hardworking! She is very helpful especially giving directions and advice the guests which is the best places, stores, as well as connections for best touristic experience. I would recommend this to travelers planning to stay in the heart of Rome!

We liked location the most. The neighbourhood is nice, full of local bars and good restaurants, and necessary shops, and still not far from centre (by metro). Apartment is super cosy and very clean. Breakfast is good, but if we stayed for more than 3 days, it would probably become repetitive. For 3 days it is ok to eat it everyday.

Like Family House is a very nice hotel, we lived there from 16.10.23 to 28.10.23. The service is at a very high level. The pleasure is in the details. Very clean, great breakfast, lots of nice bonuses – delicious cookies. Bus and metro stop nearby, shops nearby, great area.
