Free coffee in morning and a kitchen for client use. I didn’t received any codes to enter the building or know my room number upon arrival, I think just as an oversight. I phoned the number listed and got into the apartment then had to pick my room. I suggest that they put some notice at street entrance that the unit is in the 4th Floor. For price would expect a Smart TV not just a flat screen with only Italian cable TV.

Saw 2 cockroaches.. took a vido and photo.. showed the staff who was very concerned.. Anyplace can have a bug or two.. the housekeeper was very concerned and said it would be taken care of right away. My overall stay was fine. The room, other than the 2 cockroaches, was fine.

Everything is fine. Some guests smoking in the kitchen. Past smoking smell sometimes exists.

no matter is a B&B with rooms next to each other was quite all nights and we could even entre daily later hours with no problems at all can`t complain for nothing

The place is lovely. My room had a small balcony. The kitchen is well equipped. I could not find a lighter to turn on the cooker but used the microwave instead. I recommend it. It is easy to reach by bus with good connections. I arrived at Tiburtina and was a 20 minutes ride. To Termini is also approx 20 minutes by bus.

Unfortunately, I didn't like anything, especially the attitude of the owner of the place and the lack of cleanliness. I got a room with dirty sheets, a bathroom with hair on the walls and floor, and the balcony was also not clean. It is in the category of including parking, but parking on the nearby streets is extremely difficult due to traffic. A bad feeling, luckily I was only there for one night.

Very clean, decent decorations, comfortable bed, nice bathroom, AC, my room was quiet, at a bus stop to center (Termini) and also a café, nice park across the street, it exceeded my expectations. Communication before arrival could have been better, basically my questions were without answer, drinking glass would be nice

Bright apartment, clean linen and towels, shower gel and hair dryer in the bathroom. Not very far from the metro, bars and shops nearby. Comfortable and large kitchen, coffee in capsules no limits. There is also an iron. The bathroom was not very clean, the floor was dirty, hair everywhere, old plumbing.

Location is perfect for busses. Price was okay. The lift is convenient. The place was quiet during the night. Free parking outside. Cleanliness could have been better. Water smelled weird. Tried to overcharge when we left. Sockets aren't adapter friendly. The air-conditioning worked but wasn't great.
