The location is nice, 10min walking to Vaticano Unfortunately I had to take stairs to second floor with my 2 heavy luggage because the elevator wasn’t working ( they were doing maintenance and they cut the electricity). The mattress is horrible, i woke with back pain. The breakfast is not all that.

A very good value for the money. Staff was friendly and accommodating. We arrived early and they had one room ready so they allowed us to put all our luggage in that room which made it much easier. There was nothing we disliked. It was a one night stay and all went well.

Everything was wonderful, and the staff was incredibly helpful! Location is great near to the Vaticano and to metro station and bus stops. I couldn't set one of the safe boxes (we have two rooms, so we used the other one), and I followed the instructions - or the safe box was broken or the instructions are incorrect.

The staff were so helpful and nice, and they had good restaurant recommendations. Their breakfast was delicious. The toilet was too high and it was difficult to control the temperature of the shower.

Perfect location, near Vatican, shopping and cafes, quiet and safe residential area Liked everything

Good breakfast. Good housekeeping. Some towels stained. Chairs stained. No bathroom fan. Shower door off.

It is a good value for money for Rome standards. It has good access to public transport and it’s walking distance from Vatican City Nothing

A very nice hotel on a quiet street in a pleasant Prati district close to St. Peter's. On the map it seemed quite a distance from the old centre of Rome across the river but in fact we managed to walk all the way from the Forum Romanum to the hotel, only occasionally taking subway or bus. In the hotel we particularly enjoyed sumptuous breakfasts in the morning and pleasant rests on the roof top terrace in the afternoons. We were also happy to have a kettle and coffee machine in the room which is not often the case in Italian hotels.

Lovely staff, daily cleaning services. Good breakfast. The furniture in the room was a bit older.
