No sound proof, no enough shower gel , I stay for 5 days and they didn’t change the bed sheets or nothing

Lovely host, very helpful and friendly :) The place is very clean, tidy and well cared for. Very good AC. The apartment looked like it was freshly renovated. We had an apartment facing the inner terrace/courtyard, so there was no noise from the street/traffic. Also, it's in a quiet neighborhood, where locals live, with local eateries, grocery shops, pizzerias and gellaterias, but also close to shopping streets. The Metro line is nearby. It's an apartment with several separate rooms in it with individual bathrooms in each apartment and there is one communal kitchen. So, you can hear when neighbours are coming/going or if someone is using kitchen. We were fine with it, but noise level might be a problem if you are a light sleeper and like to sleep longer in the morning ;) Other than that it's a very lovely place to stay :)

Check in process easy. Communication with hosts quick and helpful. Apartment ideal for a short stay. Location perfect for visits to Vatican and only 5 minutes walk to Metro for rest of Rome. Plenty of restaurants and cafes in the local area, cafe where breakfast served was very good. Apartment clean and comfortable.

Superb

Walking distance to the Vatican and Forco Italiano. Immaculate. The BnB is on the second floor of a larger building. The hosts were so kind and informative. I will be back.

the owner was extremely friendly and communicative, as well as accommodating. the location is wonderful and close to the metro so it is super easy to get all around rome. our room was the perfect size and clean, plus the ac really helped keep us comfortable. the outdoor patio is also the perfect lunch spot! highly recommend.

They could provide a bit more shower gel. The single-use sachets were not quite enough and it would be better to use larger dispensers.

Conveniently located. Good breakfast in the nearby cafe (you get vouchers for your stay). Clean. It was nice to have a seating area in the backyard.

Wonderful location, close to a majority of sightseeing places. Great terrace and comfortable rooms, mattresses are very comfortable. Quite noisy if you are situated at a street side of this B&B, but livable. Breakfast in a nearby eatery, also decent. Andrea maintains the perfect cleanliness. Daniela’s messages were clear and timely. Everything great, would come again!
