The hotel’s location is excellent, just a short walk from the Spanish Steps and the main shopping street. The rooms are very clean, well-organized, and designed in a modern and pleasant style. The hotel is located in a historic building, which adds character, but the elevator is very old and occasionally gets stuck. There is also no proper reception desk like you would find in a traditional hotel. Overall, I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

Location What a disappointment! Given the high room cost of this Naman property, I made the mistake of assuming it was a quality accomodation—it was not. Additionally, heir customer service borders either on incompetence, or worse. My five-day reservation was billed to my debit card and prior to our arrival, I received a text that I had to pay tourist taxes in cash; I responded this was part of the total cost I had already paid. The woman denied this and insisted I pay in cash, which I did. I then investigated and—in fact—not only had these taxes been paid, she also overcharged me. She said she’d refund the difference. Toward the end of our stay, I still had not received a refund. “It takes as much as two weeks; I had to be paitent; there was nothing she could do,” she told me. Two weeks expired. Following repeated texting back and forth with several Naman representatives, I was told it was the responsiblity of my bank to complete the refund process—I confirmed they had received nothing from this hotel. Then I was told I had to wait until the end of the month for the refund “process” to be completed (another 3 weeks … were they hoping I’d forget?). I demanded my refund, and if this didn’t occur, I’d file a complaint/claim, at a minimum, with Booking.com, Visa, and my bank. Suddenly, I received the money within minutes. The room was of marginal quality. The location close to the Spanish Steps is fairly good but it’s on the northern end of all the main tourist destinations (the Vatican excepted). I recommend choosing an accomodation further south in the Monti neighborhood where all the energy and numerous restaurants are.

Very stylish, great room. Was a nice touch that they included the drinks in the minibar. Would be nice if the mini bar provided milk for coffee/ tea.

I liked the location of the hotel, it was at the Spanish Steps close to the metro and main attractions. The hotel was clean and the staff was nice. However, the internet connection was very slow, and reliable Wi-Fi is essential nowadays. Additionally, I left the room around 2:00 p.m., but it was not cleaned. The staff explained that they had other properties to attend to. I was not informed that housekeeping services were only available in the morning. Another issue was the lack of a bedside lamp. The room only had the main ceiling light, which was inconvenient, especially in the evening. This is a minor issue that could be easily addressed.

An amazing spot right in the heart of everything, yet tucked away on a quiet backstreet with almost no noise at night. Very convenient even with a stroller, which says a lot. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

The rooms are newly renovated and very nice decorated. The location is great. The staff is very helpful via messages, although there is no 24h reception.

Location Elevator never worked. No reception or workers, everything is online. Payed for a king size and had a queen size, expend hours on the phone and noting was done.

The room was beautiful, new/modern, clean, and well-designed. The location is very convenient, just around the corner from Piazza di Spagna and the metro. The king size bed was supremely comfortable and the mini fridge thankfully was quiet. The concierge was super friendly and helpful. There was no sound insulation and you could hear every conversation, knock (and even someone passing gas in the hall) through the walls and door. The doors were not well-sealed, letting light and sound in. We were awoken at midnight, 2:15, etc. Wish the concierge were 24 hour...Not just 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
