- The location is prefect: very close to the Metro (Piazza di Spagna) which helped a lot to go around the city. Via Marguta - where hotel is located - is a very calm and charm street - Very happy with the staff who, besides attending us very well, scheduled a taxi for us to the airport - Breakfast was very good: food, drinks, and especially the staff who attended us :-) - Room could be a bit larger for 3 people - Safer could be larger to accommodate a laptop

Air condition does not cool down the room

The cleaners are vacuuming and banging against the door at 8-9am on Friday and Saturday mornings. Avoid if you want a restful holiday

Perfect location, lovely property, and exceptionally helpful staff. Our room was spacious and comfortable enough for Europe, making our stay even more enjoyable. We would gladly stay here again when we return to Rome

On the very first day of our stay, while we were out exploring the city, dirty water leaked from the air conditioning unit directly onto my suitcase. When we returned, my entire luggage — including my passport — was soaked. Fortunately, I managed to save my passport by drying it carefully, but many of my clothes required professional cleaning. The most frustrating part was that we were only on the first day of a ten-day trip, and a significant portion of my clothing had been affected. Despite the seriousness of the situation, hotel management never contacted me directly. The only response I received was from a staff member who told me they had only been working there for a month and did not know what could be done. At check-out, the hotel offered a refund of the city tax, worth approximately £20. This did not come close to covering the cost of cleaning my clothes, let alone replacing any damaged items. At the very least, the hotel could have arranged and paid for laundry services to minimise the inconvenience caused. The lack of customer service and accountability was extremely disappointing. Problems can happen anywhere, but what defines a hotel is how it treats its guests when things go wrong. Unfortunately, this experience showed me that if you encounter an issue during your stay, you should not expect meaningful support from the hotel management. For that reason, I would not recommend staying here.

Great location. The room was modern and super clean. The hotel staff was incredible with every request that we asked.

location is the best and the staff is wonderful ! rooms very small and very close to the hallway so you hear everything... very clean and good water pressure little expensive for the room, but its ok

The staff were very helpful, and the location was excellent. The elevator was an antique cage version that added atmosphere. My room did not have a view.

Location is superb and this was my fourth time staying at this hotel. Parking is a problem. It is better if you are not traveling with a car.

The location was very good, 3 minutes Spanish steps, 10 minutes to Fontana Trevi, 5 minutes from, Villa Borghese, 15 minutes Pantheon, 20 minutes Castel Sant'Angelo. The room doors are not thick at all, you could hear depending of your room, the kitchen, the corridor or the lift door opening. These could be easily solved by replacing with insulation doors.

Our first night there we went out to dinner and then explored the area (the steps of Rome) upon our return to the hotel we found the building entrance locked. We finally figured out the code on our room card opened unlocked the door. This was really unsettling for us as an experience for a hotel. When we walked up the stairs to the actual hotel floor, the main door to the hotel was locked and there was no person at front desk to let us in. We banged on the door repeatedly and no one came for over 40 minutes. I called the number to the hotel contact person that I was in communication with prior to our arrival again no answer. We needed to use the restroom very badly and we couldn't go inside. It's been a very long airplane flight from the US to Rome and we were exhausted. This was a nightmare and we couldn't believe that we were experiencing this situation. Luckily I was able to go up several floors in the building and found another hotel which had an actual live person manning the front desk. This gentleman allowed us to us the restroom while he tried to make contact with our hotel front desk person which he somehow was able to wake up and open the front door so that we could finally go inside our room and go to bed. I want to point out that the person who finally opened the door didn't apologize for the inconvenience. We were instead told that the code to the hotel reception area was the code on our key but backwards. He then said that the instructions for opening the doors were printed on the extremely small photo copy cut out piece of paper that was handed to us at check in. We were never given any instructions regarding locked doors and entry codes. This is a hotel, why would any doors to the hotel building and the hotel reception be closed locked and no one to service paying guest? We have never encountered anything like this in all of our travels all over the world.

The location is absolutely amazing! We had two rooms, mine was renovated and was very small but lovely. The bathrooms were very nice with great water pressure. My daughters room was not renovated and it was honestly very dated and a bit musty smelling and they ended up showering in ours. When booking again, I’d ask for a larger renovated room unless you’re traveling light ?. The staff were very kind and attentive! If I had to be picky, It was quite loud as renovations were happening in the room next to us, so we were woken (with jet lag!) at 730 to drilling and banging on the wall. I’m assuming moving forward that won’t be an issue.

Location is excellent , close to all shops , restaurants and historical places .. the staff very friendly , warm ambiance in the hotel , very cozy Housekeeping were super loud from early morning and lack of consideration towards guests comfort . Heater wasn’t strong in the room so it wasn’t warm enough. Weird smell was coming from the bathroom .
