Excellent location. Right next to a beautiful piazza perfect to entertain kids at night. Delicious breakfast served right to your room with so many options felt 5 star. Room was very spacious. The stairs were extremely difficult but Vince was so helpful and helped us get the stroller up and down every time! If it wasn’t for Vince we would have been miserable but he really made us feel comfortable and taken care of in spite.

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was big clean and comfortable and the location was just wonderful! We hope to stay there again when we are next in Rome.

The location of this place was amazing. There were restaurants and shopping all around plus all the historical attractions were within a 15-25 min walking distance. We were a family of 5 and the suite design & decor was very nice and the room was huge. The bathroom was kind of small though. There was no elevator and the stairs leading up to the room were narrow. Bringing up luggage was difficult. Also when i asked the staff to that we needed more towels they told me that they don’t change towels every day. Which is disappointing to hear when you are paying €700/night. Non the less he did get me the towels.

The location of these suites is fantastic. The windows were 100% soundproof, the beds and linens felt like a cloud, and the breakfast was delicious. Vincent welcomed us and was highly professional and kind. The stairs to access the suite are steep and somewhat narrow. It would be difficult for elderly people. The AC is on a bay window wall, and while it works great, we felt warm if we closed the curtains, so we had to sleep with the outside lights shining through.

The staff was super nice and friendly. The property was clean and location is amazing! Stairs are not comfortable for carrying the suitcases. The breakfast was not sufficient.

The location is great . There are many stairs to get into the rooms and the entrance is very narrow so not recommended for guests with lot of luggage to carry up all the stairs.

different atmosphere, as if in an authentic Italian architectural setting. furniture and bathroom are truly impressive. history and modernity together. . Hospitallity of the staff, especially the manager Ms. Alesia, and the elegant breakfast presentation. walking distance of the Spanish Steps and the Trevi Fountain. It's also located on Via del Corso, Rome's most popular street."

Best location. Breakfast was good. The team of the property was very helpful and prompt.
-
The central location was amazing There are a flight of stairs into the property, however it’s still doable unless you have a disability
-
I loved that the attention to detail. It was very appealing. It was modern but with a comforting touch. The steps are long and narrow. The walls/windows. We could hear people outside even with the windows closed and we heard others guests talking through the wall and closing the door late at night

The hotel is a suites hotel with three very large rooms (40 square meters) on two levels. The location of the complex is in a sought-after tourist area (Spanish Steps) and adjacent to the famous shopping street, the best restaurants, and well-known tourist sites (minutes walk) The rooms are cleaned daily and well maintained by efficient and welcoming staff who respond to every need and problem that arises. The hotel has a good basic breakfast but extras are at an additional cost. The staff Vincent and Jessica are worth mentioning, who were wonderful and helpful The hotel does not have an elevator and requires climbing one floor with luggage. Not suitable for everyone but assistance can be obtained in advance with the staff. An upgrade of the in-room breakfast (scrambled egg, orange juice, fresh bread) can be a great change with minor expenses

The best possible location. We walked to everything. It was a 25 minute walk to to Vatican and the collisium, and 5-15 minutes to the Spanish steps, pantheon and the Trevi Fountain. It looked looked out onto a plaza were there were 3 good restaurants. The breakfast was average and you had to pay for fruit juice or any kind of fruit.

Suites were spacious, breakfast was delicious, staff were a delight! Spacious, comfortable, very well kept up and clean.

Great location and friendly staff. Bed was very comfortable and the couches/daybeds were perfect for the kids. Nice breakfast spread

The location was perfect, the suites were very spacious. Upon arrival the staff was very helpful and accommodating. Vincent was exception as a property manager as well. The rooms were decorated nicely and very clean. The mattresses were the best we have found in Italy while traveling, plush, yet firm and comfortable large king beds. The towels are ok, could use replacing or washing in something that smells better. We also ran out of towels on the weekend and not replenished. Could have been an oversight of the weekend staff. The hot shower water was intermittent, but still for Italy standards, the shower was much better and larger than some other properties.

It felt historic and modern at the same time. Well appointed clean and the most comfortable mattress we slept on in Italy. Location was phenomenal. Nothing.

The location was outstanding. It’s near Trevi Fountain and the Spanish Steps and the Colosseum is only a 20 minute walk. The piazza is nice with restaurants and high-end shopping. No issues, but it’s a busy piazza for those who don’t like too much hustle and bustle.
