It was easily accessible, clean and had everything we needed for our stay in Rome. The bed was comfy, with clean sheets which were changed daily. The bathroom was nicely sized for one person at a time and there was enough storage with sockets next to the bed too.

Smelled so fresh and comforting when entering the building and my bedroom. Host replied on WhatsApp regularly and was lovely seeing her in person.

Host was extremely accommodating. Went out of her way to set up a banner for my partners birthday. Very friendly, accessible to the train station and walking distance to shops and restaurants

Francy was helpful. I needed a hairdresser and Francy recommended one very close by. I also asked Francy about booking a taxi and she helped me with that too. That was much appreciated. The guesthouse is very close to Stazione Termini. Once you get to Termini from the airport it’s a short walk to Eterna Roma. It’s in a square right opposite the beautiful Roman Aquarium. The comments are for booking.com and not for Francy the owner/manager of the guest house. I booked late i.e. Sunday 03/05 and Eterna Roma was the only decent accommodation I could find in Rome for the period 13-17/05.2026. I prefer to stay in a hotel and in the Prati area but nothing was available unless I was willing to pay €300+ per night. The stay at the guesthouse for the room only was a total of €188 per night. In my opinion that is steep. However I had no choice so I booked Eterna Roma.

The accommodation is at the 4th floor of the building, once you reach the 4th floor you have a reception and there you find 4 rooms. A shared kitchen is available with everything you need, clean and nicely organised (for us it was nice to have a tea/coffee in the morning). Our room was nice (purple color on the walls gave a very relaxing effect), big comfortable bed, clean. The host was very kind, cleaned the room daily. A closed wardrobe for clothes (we only had hangers) plus some slippers (the floor has tiles) would have been very useful. Location was practical, near Termini station (3-5min walk), but the neighbourhood didn’t feel at all safe, plus the streets were very dirty.
