Very well located in a non touristic neighborhood; the hosts are very nice and helpful; the accomodation is quite simple but has all the needed amenities -

Andrea and Annalisa are great hosts and the apartment is really in the heart of Rome. Just 2 metro stops away from Termini and 5-6 mins of walk to the Metro station. Location is nice and safe. Apartment is really nice.

There isn't another word that describes our stay other than "exceptional". We made the reservation late, already being at the premises, but the owner came running when we called, made our room, and gave us all the info we asked for, whilst being very friendly. English is ok, but if you learn a few Italian words to smooth out the conversation, it won't hurt. Bed was comfy, bathroom clean, dogs friendly (yes, there were dogs, info important to some guests), chocolates in the room were a nice touch (and diligently tested and tasted by us ?). The breakfast is an experience. Straight out the gate for the reader: it consists of a coupon to a local bakery for a piece of pastry and a coffee per person. If you expect full English, go to the UK. The thing is, that's what every local ordered at the place when we got there! You can experience an Italian breakfast firsthand! What more to want as a tourist than to experience the local culture like that? It was great. There were the owners' dogs (both tiny). We love dogs and didn't mind them at all. This is more of an info for some of you who don't like dogs, maybe ask if the dogs are there every day. The black one wanted scratches, and the white one was cautious and didn't even come near us.

Location is easily accessible. Those considering this property should know that it is not a hotel but a shared house. The bathroom is located outside the room, meaning you need to walk through the corridor at night to use it. Although this was mentioned in the description, we unfortunately missed it. Another point to note is that my wife has a dog allergy, but the owners have a dog, which was not disclosed in the description

Everything was great. We've never had such small breakfast included in the price of the room. It was strange.

Pretty good location, big room and very clean. The host was lovely and provided clear instructions for the arrival. There were barely any amenities, and the breakfast was a voucher for a coffee and croissant per person at the cafe downstairs - can hardly be classed as a bed and breakfast. The internet connection was also so slow that it wasn’t worth using.

Seemed clean, the wife of the owner was very sweet and they had a cute dog (which is not something you are informed of however) This place looks nothing like the pictures on booking.com. We booked the grey grey room and were seriously disappointed. The room is quite worn and looks tired. The aircon is an incredibly loud unit on the floor (not shown in the pictures). The breakfast is at a cafe and it's only a coffee and croissant. The wifi does not work in the room. You are not allowed to use the kitchen only the microwave. We chose to leave and stay somewhere else which upset the owner a bit but we really didn't think it was worth it. Perhaps a few years ago this place was great but not now.
