Pool Bar Rooms It states the hotel has a shuttle service , but it only has 8 seats so its was booked out you need to have this booked well in advance of your stay.

Breakfast was good, but lots of noise in the dining room. No music was playing. just the noise of people speaking. The beds were hard and not that comfortable.

Beautiful, cosy, artistic hotel. Good breakfast with lots of options to choose from. Was a bit afraid of the distance from the city centre but they have great running shuttle bus service covering the main areas, just don’t forget to book in advance, as it has a very limited space.

The hotel was exceptionally clean and well maintained. The staff were extremely friendly, professional and always helpful. Communication was excellent throughout our stay. Breakfast was delicious, with a great selection of fresh, high-quality products. Nothing – everything met or exceeded our expectations.

The staff are really nice and helpful specially Mr. Jayson in the front desk, excellent customer service. Beyond expectations. Everything was perfect except the pool area could benefit from an upgrade specially space management

Good breakfast buffet. Terrible communication from staff. Long wait to check in..even with 1-2 guests, burnt dinner on first night, misleading info on stand and regarding shuttle services.
