Reception was great. Helpful and friendly. The room smelt so bad I felt sick.

The location was great and breakfast was wonderful The staff was standoffish at best. We ran into an issue with our reservation and they wouldn't work directly with us because we booked through booking.com. Booking.com claimed it took them 24 to get a response from the hotel at which point the larger room we needed was no longer available and they were able to provide a rollout to accommodate a 4th person so we ended up having to book an additional room at a different hotel in addition to the one at academia. Unrelated to that, the accomodations were 'ok'. The air-conditioning was meh (much better at the other hotel), weird outlet placement, the room was a little beat up.

Room size was great, breakfast was excellant, location of the hotel is superb!!! The Air conditioning struggled in the heat we had in Rome, the room was too big for the unit to be effective enough as the ceilings were too high

Very good location. Breakfast was delicious. The beds and pillows were quite hard. Staff did not refill shampoo containers.

Passable

The location, the beds were okay as well. The facilities are a little old and worn out, mostly for the elevator, and standard rooms. I didn’t like the things that didn’t work properly. For example, we stayed for two separate individual spaced out nights, in the first one, we couldn’t unplug the bathroom tub’s so it kept filling up and the air conditioning didn’t work. The second night it was okay. But I think considering the price, it should be a better more comfortable experience, they’re mostly charging for the amazing location.

Superb

Sergio at the reception was very helpful and staff were great. The room was nice and comfortable for a family of 4. The hotel is very well located near the Trevi Fountain and near restaurants and shops. Breakfast was very good but same everyday, although there was enough to choose from.

The location was good and near to plenty of bars and places to eat. It was also close to the Trevi Fountain. The twin beds were pushed together and made it difficult to pull the sheets up. Also the beds weren't very comfortable.

The breakfast had a great variety of choices and was fresh and delicious! Single room, could have been a little more spacious. Could do with a paint and refurbished.

Close to airport Smelled musty and a bit unclean. Staff was not very helpful either.
