Location close to Vatican city. Great & helpful staff. When we arrived, the room was not ready yet, but the receptionist let us leave our luggage in the room and after we mentioned we wanted to eat pasta for lunch, he recommended a nearby restaurant, where locals go to eat and the pasta was truly delicious. Bed was comfortable, there was enough electricity sockets including USB sockets. Breakfast was great, there were sweet & salty options - croissants, ham, cheese, yogurts, coffee was great. The room is very small and the equipment is rather outdated. Worst thing was the shower - the shower head was full of limescale, which resulted in narrow pointy water streams, that hurt on the skin like someone was pricking you with needles.

Thank you so much for the great care. It was great how the staff took care of us at breakfast. The accommodation is in a beautiful house in a great location. The worse part was the amenities in the room and especially the bathroom. I was frustrated that the bathroom window could not be opened.

Room itself was fine, though the bathroom was the smallest Italian size. Stale breakfast, expect a freezing cold shower at night.

Non really much I liked about the building or the room, as well as the apartment’s facilities In addition to a very complex and somehow unpleasant way to check in (via WhatsApp a quite complex procedure to be followed to get in posses of the room’s keys) I found the place badly maintain and equipped with old used forniture and generally dirty

7 Location was good. Staff exceptionally pleasant and helpful. Great breakfast. Exceptionally helpful with check in. Room. Window was small so light very poor. Exacerbated by severe lighting. Need different bulbs. Floor stone and very cold too. Too be fair it was clean, paintwork and fittings good. Needs a woman's touch to soften the whole atmosphere.

Federico and his wife are SUPER HOSTS, SUPER HELPFUL and SUPER EFFICIENT and SUPER FLEXIBLE. They keep constant communication which when you are running into issues is super valuable! Rooms were spacious and cute with renovated bathrooms with nice warm showers. Walking distance from VATICAN and 3 clocks from metro station. We skipped breakfast because we had booked breakfast at the vatican, but they have a lovely cozy terrace where I am sure there breakfast is wondefull. DEFINITE VALUE FOR MONEY. I would be please to stay there again. We are a party of 5. All was great!

The location was perfect, we could reach the city centre by foot. The staff was very nice and helping. Great place for your stay in Rome!
