The location was great not in the chaos of the city. We figured out where the train station was and used the train wherever we went. The station was about a 10-15 minute walk. Our room was very comfortable for the three of us. We loved having a balcony. Breakfast was good next time I would request some boiled eggs and meats. Paolo was very nice and made sure we were comfortable. He also allowed us to schedule some spa days which we enjoyed a lot. The location was excellent, situated away from the city’s hustle and bustle. We identified the train station and utilized the train for our transportation needs. The station was approximately a 10-15 minute walk from our accommodation. Our room was exceptionally comfortable for the three of us, and we particularly appreciated the balcony. Breakfast was great, but I would definitely request boiled eggs and meats in the future. Paolo was exceptionally courteous and ensured our comfort throughout our stay. Additionally, he permitted us to schedule spa days, which we thoroughly enjoyed. Although the pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, the bed provided a comfortable sleeping experience. It would be helpful to have a transparent pricing structure and clarification regarding the duration of our stay at the spa.

Honestly, the room wasn’t as promised, was given a different room from the pictures, no pool area access unless you pay extra for the spa -60 euros per couple so couldn’t do it with family, we ended up staying in the attick of the house. Even tho it says that breakfast included. We ended up paying for the coffee and bananas.

Disappointing

Clean rooms.

Been there as a place to stay before a long trip back. The room was ok, the position was ok, and the staff was kind. They even left us some sweets to eat in the early morning before their breakfast time. I really appreciated. Unfortunately because for us it was just a quick stop before the flight, we didn't get a chance to have a full experience of the facility, but it looked like it has definitely a lot to offer. Will surely be back next time we travel through Rome.

Breakfast was delicious and excellent. The host was friendly and very helpful with any questions. He spoke English, but I wanted to practice myI Italian. I like everything.

The family is very accommodating and friendly. We felt part of the family. We had a wonderful cooking class with Christina, the owner. The spa is amazing! It’s a huge house with spiral staircases and elevator. It’s about 5 miles from all the main attractions, so taxi fees can add up.
-
The spa scheduling was a bit underwhelming. Maybe by the hour would be more effective than scheduling 2 hours for 60 euro.
-
Superb dog friendly place with great parking. Very easy to drive into the centre of Rome. We had a very large room with a very comfortable bed. It was perfect. Thank you for the great breakfast selection also.

Specially the garden and the breakfast Nothing really

Beautiful garden and the host is amazing. He is very polite, humble and genuinely care for his guests. I left at 4 in the morning and he was polite enough to ask whether he should leave any eatery at reception desk for us. A true Italian and a gentleman Downstair room is a bit depressing with no real windows but okay for the money,
