The location is very nice close to everything and the price is good. The owner keeps the property super clean and comes in to clean everyday My only suggestion is just to have additional guidance on how to get to the rooms when you get to the building. Otherwise its great

That we couldn't really use the kitchen...cooking is forbidden. TV was too small.

Very clean and fully equipped apartment. Even though the location was a bit remote from the centre we had no problem commuting with the buses or on foot. Good communication between us and the host, the apartment was also cleaned daily. Also the colour therapy in the shower was such a fun touch, we loved it ✨ The title B&B is a bit misleading because breakfast isn't offered, but that was ok because the listing did not include it. Weird thing is that you're not allowed to Cook even though there is an adequately equipped kitchen, but we were able to use the fridge/ coffee maker/ microwave which was more that enough for our short stay

Breakfast wasn't provided, but we could make coffee in the kitchen, so we had store-bought biscuits with our coffee for breakfast. In the evenings, we used to have some cheese and wine, and it was really cozy in that little kitchen. The host was very kind. We arrived late, around midnight, and didn't have the key to enter the building. We called the host and he let us in immediately. By the next day, we had our own key, so everything was fine. It’s a 15-minute walk to the nearest metro station, which might be a downside for some. We walk a lot, so it wasn't a problem for us

Taxi etc can’t get to the apartment due to a gate. Need to ring your own luggage up the street

This B&b was in a great location! A little tucked away from the hectic areas but close enough to easily walk. Entry was easy and the apartment was very clean. We loved the little patio for our morning coffee. Great property!

Clean room. The security system at the apartment it’s terrible, they had a sign at the door telling the guest not to lock the door after you enter the apartment. Someone didn’t follow the instructions and locked the door overnight, next morning when we have to leave to our tour we couldn’t opened the door it was locked. We even had wake up another guest in their room to help us, they couldn’t open the door either. I tried to call Cristiano didn’t answer the phone, I send several text messages explaining the situation with no respond. Even the guest called him with no answer. This guest across from our room were also panicking because they were going to catch a bus to Florence. Then the third guest after he heard the loud situation he came out from his apartment and he finally was able to unlocked the door. By this time, we missed our tour to Amalfi Coast.

A nice place,quiet and very close to San Pietro Basilica. I recommend it.

A bit disappointing. Advertised as bed and breakfast but alas, no breakfast. We thought the food in the fridge was breakfast and helped ourselves to it. Apparently it was someone else’s breakfast. Great location. Restaurants close by. Very clean, but our towels weren’t changed as stated. Breakfast. Towel change.

Exceptional

Ok, close to city center.

The location is easy to find, message the proprietary by whatsapp and he will send you instructions. The access is remote, you can enter the apartament and the building with an app only, if you have constant network. Very clean, had a balcony, towels for body/hands, matress is comfortable, two pillows for every person (at least in our room. Thin walls between rooms are very thin, you can hear the louder guests. The place is located in a good spot, so you will barely hear any car noise or ambulances. Not related to the place, but the restaurants in the vicinity aren’t really good for tourists (tried to charge more, didn’t give a bill note) so be careful with where you choose to eat.

The room was very clean, with a comfy bed, clear instructions and fast response by Mr Cristiano, and close to the bus station.

It was clean, they cleaned the room every day while we were gone. There is a kitchen with toaster, water heater and coffee machine that you can use. There are also capsules for the coffee machine. You can use a fridge to store your things. It is not allowed to cook and the property is not very close to the vatican museums or collosseum and other sights.

I enjoyed staying at this location. The host was super responsive and helpful. It was cleaned every day which was very appreciated. The location isn't too far from the center of Rome and is close the the bus and metro station so it was convenient to go to places, very walkable to Trastevere and Vatican cities, and near many markets and restaurants as well. I would definitely stay here again if I were to come back!
