Right around the corner from the Coliseum. Restaurants and mini marts very close by. Attentive hosts. Walking distance to train. Four keys to get in. Area can be a little noisy at night.

The location is excellent. Less than a five-minute walk to the Colosseum. The host, Eduardo, made sure we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and had a great view. Breakfast was also excellent. Overall, our experience at this location was superior.

Location. Right at forum and colosseum Clean The gentleman who greeted up (?) seemed very short tempered and condescending. The owner whom we met the next day was much more gracious. Be aware that although there is an elevator it is very small and took several trips to get luggage up and down. Felt cost was high comps to others nearby

What a fabulous place! Very clean, well decorated and our hosts were very welcoming and helpful. The breakfasts were perfect (delicious cappuccino:) and the AC was a welcomed accommodation after a day of sightseeing in a very hot city. Our location was amazing- colosseum was right around the corner and lots of restaurants from which to choose. I loved the old building with an amazing, huge door! Thank you for a wonderful stay! Nothing!

Location is superb. The host was sweet to let us in after normal check-in hours We got more of a hostel vibe (with private room though) than B&B. Being a vacation place it was a lot of hassle to answer a questionaire each day for breakfast, which in return was quite low quality (like you'd purchase basic ingredients in supermarket). We probably just had too high expectations, cause I'm convinced many other would be content with this place

In the heart of Rome. Contact them for arrival instructions.. Three locked doors to negotiate but easy once explained and your keys are provided. Lovely continental breakfast. Would absolutely stay here again.l

The shower area is just okay for us (we are 5'6 under 150 lbs). The bidet is nice to have for some people but we didn't use it. I think it just take up room of the bathroom. Overall it is very nice apartment and the owners were very nice couple, easy and helpful.
