Walking distance from the Vatican city. Very homey and Nancy is a lovely host and very helpful. She made us feel at home. Just around the corner is a wonderful place to eat Il Colibri!

Its location close to the Vatican. We had a scheduled tour and the location allowed us to walk to the tour meeting point. No English TV channels available.

Nancy is a very warm person. She welcome us and make us feel like our home. The room was very clean, comfortable and everything was ideal. I recommend Nancy as host without repercussions. In case of be in Rome again I will definitely visit her. Thank you for your warm hospitality, I wish you all the best.

The location was excellent for our purpose of visiting the Vatican, which was only a short walk away. The metro station was only a couple of blocks away. Facility was clean, breakfast was as expected, and the host was pleasant and responsive.

Super location, very close to the metro (Ottaviano stop), 5 minutes to the Vatican and Vatican Museums, close to stores and restaurants with delicious food - we especially recommend Il Colibri - what a place!! Apartment is located in an atmospheric building, room was clean and spacious, kitchen shared (coffee, tea, breakfast) - we liked everything. Contact with Nancy was perfect. She is very kind, open and helpful host. B&B Casa di Nancy is an excellent choice for some days in Rome.
