Carlo the host is very friendly and patient. The room was very clean Location was not ideal for my itinerary. It was far from a taxi stand that I could discern. I assumed the breakfast was included since it’s a B&B. Though affordable, it’s upon request and a charge. The showers are quite small, the AC is extra money and requires a remote which I didn’t know until I was in my room. Since there is no front desk, and is unmanned, there’s no way without disturbing the host to ask questions. It was very warm in my room. Also, the walls are paper thin and though I love children, I had a hard time sleeping at night with a crying baby next door.

This is an excellent accommodation! The house is nice and silent, the environment is clean compared to Rome in general, bus stops and shops are close, Villa Borghese is also just around the corner. You have to walk a bit to the centre or take a bus. The room was spacious the washroom was nice and clean. I liked the bed, the nights were silent, very good for rest after a busy day of congress. We had a heatwave so everything was hot even at night therefore I had to use the air conditioning. It cost 5 euros per day but it was worth it! It worked all right and cooled the room relatively quick. The fridge was small but water, some beverages and even one or two sandwiches could be fit in. It was enough for one person:) I really enjoyed the room and can recommend it. Although you have to walk 15 minutes from Termini but you don't have all the strange people around and all the noise and dirt! And there is an excellent pizzeria just at the corner, very delicious! Not really, everything was excellent!

Very smooth and easy check-in. Option of parking inside the facilities. Our host was flexible and welcoming. Comfortable beds, nice shower, quiet, away from the streets.

Reasonably priced accommodation for a couple of nights. There are 3 locked door before you get out of the building. This is not safe if you need to get out quickly (e.g. fire)

Comfy beds, friendly staff and a lovely quiet neighbourhood. Great place to stay after long days of sightseeing in Rome! It was a bit out of the way of the main attractions so we did have to get buses to most places

We had the fortune of renting a place in B&B Missi and we got more than we had hoped for! It is not only in a wonderful location from where everything is easy to reach, but it is also very comfortable, affordable and, above all clean and welcoming. The owner of the place is helpful and social! Highly recommended for everyone visiting this wonderful city! Objectively, we could not point out any significant issues during our stay :)
