The location was perfect! Walking distance to all the sites and restaurant options. The staff were very welcoming and accommodating to our needs.

Breakfast was one small juice, coffee and a croissant. Nothing else and no substitutes. and you only get one of each. the " breakfast included" was not worthless. The place was clean but the location was probably the best part

Na 1.no hot water. 2. Seagulls squeaking in the ally until 5am 3.terrible bed

Location is great, close to everything. Staff cleans room everyday. As a bonus there's a great restaurant downstairs. AC is good. This will be good for single or couple exploring the city. Water runs out of hot water sometimes when taking a shower. Can hear restaurants doing dishes plates clinking etc from the bathroom . Not sound proof. There's no microwave or ref.. So just a room with toilet.

Location was perfect Getting the key into the room was confusing. No one on site to answer questions. Needed to buy outlet adapters cause no one was there to ask if they had any to borrow. Air conditioner barely worked and had to buy a fan because it was so hot

Breakfast included was good value. Rooms were made up daily. Everything was communicated through whatapp which was easy

The security is good, 3 doors to get to your room, smells clean and fresh, the service is great: new bedding everyday, clean towels, the bedroom is huge and there is good heating even in the floor. There is an air conditioning heat/warm. The breakfast is around the corner with gluten free options and family friendly. Communication is really good with Roberto, English / Spanish. They wait for you with options for coffee and te in your room. We didn’t feel it was noisy even if it was in the middle of a busy street: nice restaurants and pizzerias (Gnocco is a must, make a reservation online) If you are going to complain about the view (and internal patio) or some minor stain in the wall from a reparation you are not thinking smart about the location and the history of Rome. We’ll definitely come back.

Communication

Our room was right above a restaurant and you could hear everything around.

The owner is really helpful and location is great The room is noisy and I would not prefer to stay alone in this location again ..the unit doors are old. the owner helped me which was positive Gettting my documents over whatsapp and that there is no reception ia negative

The room it self was good enough to stay in. It was extremely small. The bathroom was cute and clean. Location was good, a lot to see, eat and walk to. The location of the hotel/air bnd was easy to find. The room not so much. Our room was located on the first floor to the right. I thought the door we went through would lead us to our room. No, it did not. We walked through the door into a hallway with many other numbered door. Easy enough. But our room was not on that hallway. The door to our room was through someone’s office/storage area. It was very weird. When we walked out of our room the next morning there was a maintenance person im that storage room.

The location is amazing very close to the most touristy attractions. Its so clean and comfortable. The stair to the rooms is making a bit difficulty for the families with stroller also the entrance doors of the building is tight. This should be considered. Also we are not satisfied with the breakfast which was super simple. But then we realised its the culture. Keep your expectation minimum.

Great location for attractions. Comfortable rooms. Photos made the rooms look bigger than they are, however still room enough for 2 adults sharing Lack of staff on site for issues only available at certain times, usually whilst you are out being a tourist. Breakfast poor, not on site located in one of the bars close by. Only hot drink, juice and pastry, not good if travelling with fussy eaters. No lift only stairs with chair lift.

Very central to everything Would have liked if there was a fridge in room

Location of the place is perfect. I am not sure with what they clean floor but it is not a water and soap. It was very sticky, felt like we are walking in a night club where floors are sticky from spilled drinks. Pillows were unconfortable. Very noisy from the street. Missing hooks for the towels in bathroom.

Location just was amazing.We just walked to the every place.Very cute rooms and very clean.Many good restaurants around hotel. We only had problem with hot water just once but fixed it.
