Excellent location, comfortable bed, large bathroom. High ceilings, design. Very close to all town amenities. Huge number of good restorants and bars around. Next door cafe - Amore bar is an adorable place with a pure Rome spirit. Its in the first floor, near the walking street so mid-day nap is a bit problematic. One small waredrobe would be good to have in the room.

Fabulous location within walking distance of the main sight and endless options for dining out. Large comfortable room with an interesting view of the street. Livia was very nice and communicated clearly. We had one very bad night’s sleep because of awful noise from the flat above. The ceiling isn’t insulated. (Other reviewers have mentioned noise from the street but we didn’t find this a problem at all.) As far as I can see, breakfast isn’t available so the property name is a little misleading (although you can buy and prepare your own breakfast. Shower pressure is low.

The location was fantastic, and squeaky clean! There was a book full of suggestions for any type of restaurant you could think of in the common area.

Check in lady was super nice. Room offered plenty of independence to come and go as you pleased. Unique property The room was facing the street and noise right through the evening was loud but ear plugs were provided.

Bathroom was clean Very noisy. Couldn’t sleep unfortunately the rooms were bright and the window was broken so shutters didn’t shut as tape was on the window

Nice bathroom Didn’t like that we had to take cash out on the day with very little warning which meant we had to pay £60 more than originally planned on booking .con due to the conversion rate in Italy , so wasn’t value for money because they made us pay more which damaged the budget for the rest of the trip , wouldn’t stay there again for that reason , felt very dodgy

Livia was just awesome. Very friendly and communicative. The apartment was very clean and bed comfortable. While it is a bit loud as other reviewers have mentioned, you are in a very busy portion of the city with active nightlife, so it shouldn't come as too much of a surprise. It wasn't so bad that you can't sleep as others have said. A/C went out a for a few days but was fixed by our last day.

Nothing The common area had a STRONG constant smell of smoke which is completely unacceptable for a “non smoking hotel”, the bathroom had excessive mould in it like it had not been cleaned in months and the noise coming from the street outside was insane due to the window not closing correctly because the handle is held on with sticky tape which was pointed out in another review 3 months ago.
