The only issue was communication between the reception and the restaurant they talked past each other and gave different information.

They don’t have shuttle to the airport, a free one

Absolutely beautiful, clean, well managed pool and enjoyable restaurant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and the shuttle bus to and from the center city was very helpful and convenient. I would definitely stay here again. No complaints!
-
verrrry limited food options + bad idea for breakfast to be only open buffet, there should be ordering menu during breakfast for people to choose from.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help with anything we needed. The location was excellent and made it easy to explore the area. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

It was new The attention of staff, I got a double charge in my credit card, staff hasn't replied my email and haven't received resolution for my case. They were aware of the mistake of a double charge, and told me I was going to receive a refund

Staff still learning the ropes after reopen, but very kind nonetheless

We were welcomed with top level staff into this beautiful, modern resort. The staff was readily available to help in any way. And there was lots of parking space which is unbelievable in Rome. We had to taxi in and out of town but at least the staff helped with that as well.

Everything just was perfect. From room to pool to staff and cleanliness and also coffee bar. Loved it

The place was really great, the pool area, breakfast was good, rooms were clean and one daily The location was a bit fare away but we had our ways to move by bus and train. The bed was a problem as we expected a queen mattress and we got a individual beds tight together.

My room had a balcony and there was a free parking for my car. Very clean, extremely friendly staff. If your room is not on the side of the pool on the other side, they have a generator will turn on early morning the sound and the smell of diesel. It’s very annoying.

The staff really helpful and kind, the breakfast was great, cleanliness was great I would prefer to stay again The only thing that I have observed the water in swimming pool was not clear ?
-

Nothing at all! They stole my Apple Watch. I can see through the FIND MY IPHONE app that it’s still at their location, but they keep claiming they don’t have it. I even called them the same day I forgot it, but no one answered. They kept telling me they were busy. Today, I traveled all the way back from Milan to Rome just to try and get my watch back, and they still told me they don’t have it. I made this trip for nothing, even though I can clearly see the watch is still there. Not to mention the cleanliness, which was absolutely terrible, and the hotel’s location — it’s in the middle of nowhere, not close to anything as advertised. The baby crib was also broken.

A classic hotel, spacious with very good facilities and well-maintained outdoor pool. The pool hours are very limiting--from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Frustrating especially in the summer when the temperatures are very hot. There is an attendant/life guard who basically does nothing more than hand out towels (he also failed to notice what was certainly a non-guest intruder scoping out potential victims to rob poolside). The hotel is located a fair ways outside of the center of Rome and public transportation is cumbersome to say the least. If you're planning on using Midas as your base and traveling into the city every day, I'd definitely not stay there. Breakfast is served in a light and welcoming venue looking out to the pool, but the food and beverages were sub-par, the pastries were dreadful and the only redeeming item were the scrambled eggs (but just barely).

I didn’t like it. I have stayed only one night and was glad to leave . Not clean . Breakfast was ok . Staff pleasant . Terrible noise of construction working right into the room.
