Location is Excellent! The owners are lovely and very helpful. The cleaning staff were also helpful. I paid for a deluxe room and asked for twin beds but upon arrival was told I was getting a queen bed. They did switch me to twin beds but the room was beyond basic and very small. Not at all what I paid for I was not offered any refund for the deluxe room I purchased. Despite this, I would still recommend the hotel due to the location.

Location: Perfectly located just a short walk from the Trevi Fountain and other major attractions. The area feels safe and lively, with great restaurants and shops nearby. Room: The room was clean, stylish, and comfortable, with a spacious bed and modern amenities. The air conditioning worked well, which was a big plus in the summer heat. Breakfast: Simple but satisfying – fresh pastries, coffee, and juice. Not a full buffet, but enough to start the day.

The shower door was broken and also the water was cold in the morning so that could be better. Last thing the door inside doesn't close well so wasn't sure it was the safest door lock.

Good location Didn’t have hot water the first 4 days… only came in to clean once even after requested daily and it wasn’t done well.

Great location, can walk to Trevi fountain or Spanish steps within 15 mins. Close to many good restaurants. 2 mins walk from metro station. Staffs are friendly and helpful. We need both keys and passwords to enter the building and room. That makes us feel secured. Our family room has enough room for parents with 2 young kids and one big suitcase. If we are all 4 adults, it'll be quite tight (one of the bed is shorter). There are also some lounge areas and terrace which give us space when kids are sleeping. We can use the TV for streaming YouTube. Free WiFi works well. Overall the room had great value and we enjoyed the stay. There's nothing to complaint. Only suggestion: can have bigger rubbish bins in the room. But we put our big rubbish directly to the bin in the building.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel, and a big part of that was thanks to Mario. He was exceptionally helpful throughout our visit, always making sure we had everything we needed. As travelers from the USA, we truly appreciated his extra care and attention. The Hotel’s location is also a major plus. It’s conveniently located near the main train station, and the hop on hop off Big bus, making sightseeing a breeze. Plus, the iconic Trevi fountain is just a pleasant walk away. We highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and prime location.

We like it because it is a walking distance from the US Embassy, although the elevator is tiny and can only fit 2 people at a time, stairs are really slippery marbles, no hot water, the tv is broken, and the guy in the desk is not so accommodating.

The location is good. Angelica, the receptionist, is extremely nice and polite. She’s probably what has given the place some life. Otherwise, the room we stayed in was super small and rundown. The elevator is so small that it hardly fits two people. What is worse, the basin is indescribably small and when the tap is turned on, water flows everywhere (it also leaks)! Regarding cleanliness, it’s extremely shabby. When we asked for our room to be cleaned, they only attempted to make the bed, but even that was so poorly done. If you only looking for the proximity of the hotel to the center, go for it. Otherwise, it’s not worth your money. Watch out!

Mario at the front desk was extremely courteous and helpful. He recommended places to visit during our stay and nearby eateries as well. Rome is a big city and he definitely made us feel welcomed. The location was near the metro and was within walkable distances to restaurants, small shops, the Spanish steps and Trevi fountain, roughly half a mile from the hotel. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. TV was not working, but not a huge deal.
