Very close to the train terminal, very clean and well run. Our room (426) was lovely and had a great balcony as well. The shower was excellent and the room was very clean. The rooftop bar is amazing at the end of a long day sightseeing and does lovely drinks, cocktails and food. The buffet breakfast was also very good. All the staff were polite & friendly. This was our first visit to Rome, and this hotel helped to make it memorable.

The room and hotel were very nice and comfortable. The rooftop bar was fun to visit for a glass of wine. Very close to Termini, walkable. I was not very impressed by the breakfast offerings. Especially the coffee. Next time, I would not pay extra for the breakfast.

AC worked so well. So comfy for sleeping. Elevators were great. Water on every floor to fill up your water bottles. And the staff was lovely. The hotel is located close to Termini station so it makes getting around Rome and back to the airport very easy.

Have stayed here 5-6 times, and even scored an upgrade this time. It's a very well appointed hotel, and location is great if you want to be close to termini, without being in the "bad area". Breakfast is always great, large variety of food. Water dispenser on each level. Nothing to mention.

Close to main attraction There was a leakage in the bath room and the hotel send some maintenance guys but at night they could fix the bad mould odor/smell but changed the room next day.

The rooftop bar had beautiful views and the food was exceptional! The staff in the breakfast restaurant were very pleasant. Room was very spacious The beds were standard European firm and not very comfortable for my taste.
