Loved the location. Loved the convenience of having the restaurants, synagogue next to the room. I just wished I had a key instead of the electrical key for the door. There were mosquitos in the room when I got there. The electrical fob door opener.

First of all, the location is great. Main attractions were approachable by foot. It was easy walk and then return to the hotel if we gelt tired. We really enjoyed that there is self check-in and how everything was explained in details so we had no problem even when arriving very late at night. The neighborhood felt very safe and the cafe just below was so convenient. Everything was great but would love to have bathroom set like toothbrush and toothpaste. Also, we had first floor which was great but would be a little bit hard for others upstairs because there is no elevator.

The room was spacious, the bed was very comfortable. Their response time was very fast, within just a few minutes. There are many restaurants in the area around the hotel. Public transportation is relatively close by. It’s about half an hour from the airport. The water pressure in the shower was simply not good, in my opinion it was too strong, and it was very difficult to control the flow. The water had a very unpleasant smell, both from the sink faucet and in the shower, so even when I washed my hands or took a shower, there was a bad odor because of the water. I contacted the staff, and they sent the housekeeper several times. Toward the end of my stay, the smell slightly disappeared, but it returned very quickly, so it was simply unpleasant to shower and wash my hands or face.

Excellent location right by kosher restaraunts. Comforteable, good value Steps were an absolute nightmare with luggage. Apartment is on 3rd floor. Total nightmare. Would not stay there again unless I was 20 years old and can carry up 3 long flights suitcases, trolleys, carriages. Staff said it was unsafe to leave downstairs. You must do sonething about this because it ruins the entire experience. Check out was so early, had luggage room 3 flights down 2 minute walk at reception. Impossible to do such a thing without getting totally sick.

Perfect location for short stay (1 or 2 nights). Big room, a lot of space. Full equiped. Water, coffe machine, safe box, tv, ac, full equiped. The locaton is awsome. In the heart of the Jewish neighborhood, close to everything on walking distance. Great assistance for autonomous check-in and check-out. Owner all the time in contact and very flexible depending on your needs/times. Shower need to be maintained due to the hardness of the roman water so the shower it’s a bit strong.

There is nothing good to say about this property. We found bed bug carcasses, the water was never hot, the noise from outside was absurd, no fresh air to be had as the smokers below at the cafe would fill the room, and the ceiling was at 7 feet. WORST PLACE WE STAYED DURING OUR TRIP. There is nothing good to say about this property. People on the street can see into the room easily. AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!

Comfortable room and bed. Clean. Great location as every one of the major sights was within waling distance. Good restaurants nearby. The room that we had did match up to a couple of the pictures shown on the web site, but there were none of the kitchen facilites and table and chairs to sit at to eat that are shown There was no recepption and we had to telephone to get someone to come and let us in. In our 'suite', if you are tall, watch your head as you get off the loo as you might bang your head on the hot water boiler.

Location was fantastic, and it was just what we needed for a night's stay.

Excellent location, you can walk to almost every attraction. Also there are plenty of nice restaurants and bars around and its easily accessible via tram from Trastevere railway station. The staff was excellent, highly responsive and truly helpful! Nothing was missed - just fine.

Location, communication with host, ease to check in and out The bathroom set up was a bit awkward as I kept hitting the water boiler from the toilet or coming out of the shower. The shower could also do with some work

Superb

central location and staff attention was good Unfortunately, there was a persistent bad smell in the bathroom. There was no dishwasher in the house and the freezer section of the refrigerator was very small. There is no elevator because the building is old. Although the staff offers help, you have to carry your luggage up the narrow stairs to the 4th floor.
