Great style, very friendly staff

It was very clean. The room and bathroom were spacious and the location was amazing! The staff was very very nice and helpful. They want you to be there and they want to make sure you are taken care of. They have recommendations, have an adapter when requested. Very helpful over all. The bathroom was delicious. We got a huge balcony! The breakfast was also incredible! Staff is young and hip. Cool rooftop bar. There is a smart tv but no smart jajaj. You can only watch local channels. No way to connect your streaming apps. WiFi was a bit slow.

A great hotel in fantastic location near the sites and many restaurants and cafes. Great atmosphere, AMAZING breakfast, not just the usual continental options. The rooftop was also a great addition to the stay, having somewhere nice to chill and enjoy a drink with the scenery. Am looking forward to coming to stay again!

We had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The location is excellent, making it easy to explore the city and reach all the main attractions. What truly made our experience special was the staff—they were exceptionally friendly, professional, and always willing to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived The only downside was the absence of a gym. Having a fitness facility is important for travelers who like to maintain their workout routine, so we were a bit disappointed that the hotel didn’t offer one. Aside from that, our stay was very enjoyable, and we would gladly recommend the hot

Everything was great. Did not notice anything bad

Staff was very helpful, location was great resturant and bar was very good. All was great only issue was the water heater had to be fixed but staff was very accommodating regarding this.

The hotel was modern, and well equipped. The rooms were very comfortable, exceptionally clean, with excellent air-conditioning and a great mini bar. The bathroom was absolutely beautiful and the bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was top-notch with so many baked goods and healthy options, including fresh eggs made to order. Also, the staff was absolutely incredible and left us handwritten notes with tips about where to eat and what to do. Would absolutely stay here again. Everything was perfect about the location, the amenities and the staff.

Location and the staff. Staff were very welcoming and genuinely nice Badly in need of renovation. It clearly has been neglected. No trap in the shower drain, scuff marks, toilet flush getting stuck and other little things being neglected

First of all, the staff are excellent. Very professional, friendly, and helpful. Top marks. The location is ideal for those who like to walk in the center of Rome. Breakfast options are high quality, and the breakfast room is among the best designed in the hotel, with original, intelligently curated rock music. Luxurious (five star hotel) bath products. The internet was surprisingly bad, among the worst of any hotel I've stayed at in Europe (or Africa, for that matter), which was a problem because I needed to use zoom for business. The staff say they are installing a new fiber system, which would be very important for people like me. As a "design hotel," some of the choices didn't work out so well, including the retro light switches which seem to produce different results each time you want to turn on the lights. Regarding the hotel design, it's more Tarantino than Jacques Garcia. Some elements work better than others. Overall, the breakfast area is more fun to sit in than the rooms, which were dark. The bathroom mirror was in an area with almost no light at all.

Receptions and everyone worked there were really nice. The vibes even of the residents was good and friendly. The room was clean. The bed was also clean I slept comfortably. The bathroom was clean of a first look when I arrived but the seat had stains and was clearly not cleaned after the previous resident! Even on the subsequent days, they only change the trash bag and replace towels. I think this is something they can work on because when I asked they said these cleaners are from a company and they send different cleaners on everyday. Other thing I did not like was the room lock. It was a regular one with a key, no chain, I felt uncomfortable. The location is close to the center but not the closest. The breakfast was not the best. They can have more options in terms of breads and bakery in general but the coffee was great.

I loved the designs and the staff. The room we had was very spacious which was very unique across the country. We also loved the design of the room. Mostly I enjoyed the staff. They were so helpful and kind. The wifi in our room didn’t work whatsoever but it’s not a big deal.

Staff was incredibly kind. Hotel was located near everything! 1 minute walk to a corner store, pharmacy, souvenir store, and gelato shop! Quiet streets at night too! Rooms come with A/C and fully stocked bar.

Shiwer was out of this world. Staff was fantastic. Food and bar drinks wsre vedy good. Overall great experience. Nothing was bad. From the time we arrived until the time we left, all was fantastic.
