Location, old feel of Rome. The staff were personal and amazing. Also very helpful and accommodating Liked it thoroughly. Would stay there again

Amazing hotel with great service. They have kosher milk for coffee. Great kosher restaurants nearby. Quiet and very comfortable.

The location is excellent, and the front desk staff were polite, even though the underlying issues with the rooms were never properly resolved. After two room changes, we continued to experience serious maintenance and sanitation issues, including constant noise and a sewage odor, with no meaningful resolution. Management’s dismissive responses reflect a pattern seen in prior reviews and suggest long-standing problems that have not been addressed.

The property was in a great location for us. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The staff was incredible! Everyone was so nice and friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as possible!

Great location. Cozy and charming room. Nice staff but not that knowledgeable. Overpriced not worth the price (both mornings I had only lukewarm not hot water to shower, my room 307 looks at a wall, you can hear your neighbors in the bathroom so it’s overall a bit noisy, breakfast was very basic, rooftop lacking atmosphere with no view, elevator is super slow).

The hotel is beautiful and inviting. The decor is lovely and elegant. The staff and proprietor are friendly, warm, welcoming, helpful and prompt. The bed and bathroom were very clean and comforting. The rooftop terrace is perfect for a delicious breakfast or cocktail with views of the sunset and some church towers and statues. The location is very convenient by foot to both the Roman ruins and Trastevere. We had an excellent stay. Thank you! Nothing. It was an ideal stay!

The hotel was nicely upgraded. The room and bathroom offered every thing we needed. The staff was beyond expectation and very accommodating to any of our needs and requests. Very clean. Breakfast was good offering diversity of options. We absolutely enjoyed our stay. Nothing

The location was excellent for our needs and not too far from the city' main attractions either! The beds were comfortable and the staff was very accommodating There was no shelf to put anything on, in the shower, the room was a little small

Fantastic location. Super clean, fantastic breakfast included and staff was so kind and helpful! Would recommend Monte Cenci to anyone. Really no place to put your luggage. One small luggage rack.

The staff is amazing! The front desk staff especially Paolo are so welcoming and helpful with suggestions. The location is excellent! You can easily walk to the major sites and Trastevere. Bed was very comfortable. Nice, clean linens. Some of the furniture seems a little old and tired ie like the bedside lamps. Rooms are a little small.

Staff were very friendly & helpful Beds were comfortable The quality of the food for breakfast was very poor. No great choice. Was there for 3 nights & twice the incorrect number of towels were left in the room. Had to request more. The toiletries were never replaced. The bottle of water was never replaced.
