Air conditioning was not effective for the weather in Rome. The room could use a ceiling fan to assist.

There needs to be someone at the facility for longer hours, and the check-in was very confusing. We had no idea where to go to check-in. Someone should be in the facility where you walk in.

The room was in a charming historic apartment building in a fantastic location. It had a beautiful interior courtyard and iron cage-type elevators from about the 1890s. It is just a block from the Tiber and over the bridge from Trastevere. The bathroom and furnishings were contemporary and comfortable. Nothing.

Spacious. Very noisy, from the street to the doors to the individual rooms. You definitely need ear plugs. Had to ask for water to be replaced on 2 occasions.

The value proposition is amazing. For under 150 Euros a night during peak season, I got a great location, very nice room, VERY nice building, and great hosts who made themselves available. This shouldn't be listed as a 2-star hotel, that's too low.

Location. Small and cramped, particularly the bathroom. I was staying with my daughter and specifically requested a twin room, which I was told was unavailable only after getting off a 19 hour flight. An additional room was not available.

Exterior signage was insufficient at night to identify we were at the right place. Upon arrival you really don't know where you are, where to go, how to check in. Can't imagine how it works after 3 p.m. when there's no one around. Best to arrive early.

The building was gorgeous, with an elevator and proximity to lively Trastevere Neighbourhood. We walked to colosseum and area, as well as Trevi fountain, Pantheon etc. The facilities were excellent. The only suggestion we have is a small shelf in the spacious bathroom as there is no where to place your things when getting ready! Very clean, wonderful. Very comfy bed. Thank you!

The rooms and building were beautiful. Bed was super comfortable. The staff at check in was very nice, helpful. She gave us several places to go for food. They were fantastic.

The location and the pricing still makes sense The lift, the amenities of the apartment such as toiletries. And we kind have plumbing problems during our stay. And for my own taste, the room is not that clean and tidy
