Black Hotel

Close to highway, free parking. Ideal for one night traveling through. Friendly staff. Good price. Restaurant was ok and convenient. Unattractive neighborhood, rooms not sound proof. They still maintain mandatory swimming cap, so we didn't use the pool. Breakfast was adequate but not great.

Breakfast very good including quick service for hot dirnks the hotel is perfect for who have a car , parking available easy to reach and very confortable.

The overall experience was very good. The location was also great for us because we had rented a car. Every destination was approximately 20 minutes away on average. The service was excellent, especially the room service and the breakfast lady in particular, who was very kind and sweet. The only thing that ruined our experience was the evening waiter – rude, arrogant, and not communicative at all. My parents wanted to have coffee downstairs in the hotel's indoor area, but he sent them outside because dinner was being served there, even though the entire space was empty, with no one around. Let me not forget the most important part: they were with my young child. When my husband and I went to step outside into the outdoor area, he told me I had to leave the hotel and enter from outside, even though he himself entered from inside to take our order. An absolute nightmare!

The staff were very attentive and extremely nice. The rooms were cute. I had a white room and my sister had a black room. The concept of a black hotel was really cool. I didn't like the fact that the hotel is not accessible via an easier method than the local metro then a taxi. Being from another country and having to ride on the extremely busy metro in Italy was a terrible experience. My husband's wallet was stolen and the thief was definitely in the metro station or the train.

It was comfortable and we used it as one night stay before our flight. We needed parking and that's well handled (in front of the building). The staff was friendly and even gave us a little breakfast bag along since we left very early.

Exceptional

The room was tidy and clean. We had a problem with air conditioning, it has been making noises even when it was switched off, fortunately they changed our room for another one, but also we couldn’t sleep first whole night with 3y. old son.

Staff very friendly, clean facilities but it was too far out from Rome city One thing I didn’t like was the tax, three of us stayed four nights, two separate rooms and tax was €90 in total, that was too much

Great location for me..thankful the air conditioning was working. Parking okay.Breakfast good. Unfortunately not possible to eat on the first night due to a wedding party..but a couple of places near by .

Staff very friendly that’s about it, It has potential to be good but it has problems, definitely not **** stars anymore The aircon was broken in the whole hotel according to staff, we wanted to change rooms because the aircon was broken, we had a small external air conditioner instead, but the balcony door has to be open for that letting in very humid air and insects, stayed in Italy 11 nights, last 2 at black hotel, got 1 bite in 9 days but over 10 just these two nights at the hotel, spiders, mosquitoes, centipedes and other insects got into the room

Nothing Everything

Breakfast At the pool, they charged way too much for towel and swim cap, which was required. WiFi didn’t reach our room. Air conditioning was weak so room was too warm.

It won't be memorable. For next week I won't remember for shure. I only highly the friendliness of the employees at breakfast The Black concept is cheap and vulgar and it has maintenance problems. Breakfast is very basic and not tasty…but it’s 10€, so ok The bed...OMG the mattress is bad! There is no blackout.

The staff were very friendly and helpful, a big thank you to Valentia and Antonio on the front desk, Ruby and Roma who looked after the breakfast and dinner service, both were always lovely and attenative. A little far out from the main part of the city, and not really anything to do locally in Aurelia.

Decent property at a good price

There's was no water in the building on the checkout day. We couldn't use the bathroom, take a shower etc.

Overall satisfied it is normal IMHO for staff to make mistakes as there is no education in the field. Far east Asian countries in hotel business are almost perfect in hospitality.

The room was clean with everything you need. Very spacious and quiet. The hotel is quite modern. There's a lot of parking in front of the hotel. Although on the suburb of Rome, the hotel was easy to find. The breakfast was not in the range of a four star hotel. It could have been better. Everything else was excellent.
