The location was excellent and my room was very large and extremely clean. King-size bed was exceptional, plump pillows and great feel to it. There were issues with keys to access the property. My very good friend was locked out a few times and I had to help her access the property. This caused her distress and it was a cause of concern for me. I hope they resolve the key issues and just deploy codes as the location and rooms are great.

great location in the middle of the shopping district and close to Spanish steps and about 15-20 min walk to pantheon and Trevi. clean and functional keys didn’t easily open many doors/ gates to enter property and sometimes didn’t work at all- told to turn at a specific angle. no reception or people working there so made me feel anxious every time I left in case I couldn’t get back in. transpires bedroom door key to other bedroom also opened my door ( friend in other room let himself in by mistake).

Received warm welcome from host, who gave recommendations on places to go. They also offered a ride from the airport and sent a website where you could buy tickets for various things (there was a promo code, so perhaps this is to get credit for referring guests as clients?). Central location. Neighborhood was not loud. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, there was a mini-fridge, decor showed personality. It was convenient to text them via whatsapp at any time. The host was very kind and made a good effort to provide a nice stay. Water drains slowly in shower. There is no wifi in the room. I informed the host of these via text, and it shows the message was read, but I didn't receive a reply about it, so I'm not sure if these will be addressed. The wifi works if you go into the hallway, where you run the risk of hearing people doing things in their rooms, which made me feel uncomfortable (Rome is a city where many couples go for vacation...). One bedside lamp didn't work. There is no overhead light over the bed, so looking at my phone in bed strained my eyes. Heater didn't work. Musty smell in room and especially in bathroom. Water stains on shower head.

We loved the location of Centrale Relais this was our second visit to the property. This time we stayed in the Suite which was very large and good facilities. There was a little noise from the room upstairs due to the wooden flooring and as the room is adjacent to the reception sometimes people coming and going made some noise banging the door. Also the windows back on the street outside which again was a little noisy however you are in the centre of Rome so to be expected.

Great location , in the heart of Rome , The room is spacious. The receptionist is very responsive and helpful The internet does not work in the room, the bathroom needs maintenance, you need 4 keys to enter your room, the towels smell uncomfortable

Zoya was very helpful and provided me with a prepared map with recommended restaurants and historic sites to visit on check in. She organised a taxi for our departure to the airport, who arrived on time. The location is right downtown close to the Via del Corso and consequently great value for money. Whilst the bedroom was very clean, the product is poorly maintained as floorboards were loose, the mixer tap handle came off and the elevator handle came off in your hand. it should be noted that the elevator is communal to the building and all residents and offices and not just guests staying in Boutique Centrale.
