Great location. We were able to walk to many of the places we wanted to visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was provided and the choices were nice. We also liked relaxing with a drink and snacks on the rooftop in the evenings.

The location is near top attractions and the morning coffee at the terrace is great. The staff was super friendly and gave us lots of recommendations around and a map. It might get a bit warm inside the bedroom as the AC is inside the living room.

Location was ideal! Air conditioning worked perfectly! Irka and Sylvia were both so friendly and helpful. The included breakfast provided plenty of things to choose from. There rooftop terrace was an additional plus! Unfair to say, but the narrow staircase (due to the chair lift) made navigating with luggage a bit challenging. At breakfast, though Natalie was extremely attentive and helpful, it was sad that it took three days (our last day) for her to warm up to us. I know she’s young (I’m old), and maybe has aspirations beyond this job, but she’d make it so much more pleasant if she engaged with the guests. Plus, she might benefit from an increase in tips. Just a thought.

Silvia at the front desk patiently answered all my questions and did everything she could to make my brief stay comfortable. The property is very well maintained, and the rooftop deck is a perfect spot to end the day with a drink and enjoy the views. And the property is in the heart of Campo de’ Fiori. I would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Rome. I liked everything about the property.

Clean, comfortable, quiet, well-maintained apartment in a great location, convenient to Campo di Fiore, Trastevere and public transit. Staff was very responsive and helpful.

Location is the best. Everywhere in Rome is within the wolking distance. The bed was very comfortable. Bathroom is small, but very functional. Breakfast on the roof was awesome. Beautiful views! The staff is very friendly and attentive. It was not clear to us that the rooms are either on the 3rd or 6th (american) floor of a building with very nerrow staircase and no lift. Bringing the luggage up was interesting, the say the list. Also room was a strange shape and no windows to the outside. Breakfast that was included is served in a tiny hallway and food is a very average quality. Better breakfast is served on a roof patio for additional pay. The hotel is quite expensive and we expected betterfascilities, at least a window.

Great location, friendly stuff Good breakfast selection Sylvia in a front deck was excellent . Very help full in any way. She was just great..

Excellent location, very central to walk around. Breakfast on the rooftop was excellent! Everyone was very kind and helpful. The room where we’re in, 1 07 had a strange smell to it? It seemed to fade once you were in there for a while, but an air freshener might have been nice. The shower also leaked, and pooled water underneath the sink. Due to proximity to the kitchen, our room was a bit noisy in the morning. The beeping of the keypad of the front door was audible from our room as well. As a light sleeper, the noise from the kitchen and the keypad were a bit disturbing in the morning when we were trying to have a sleep in.

Apartment was centric to many of the historic sites as nothing was more than a 30 minute walk. The place was very secure and access to the property was easy. Plenty of restaurants, cafes, and shops available in the area or it is very easy to cross the bridges into the Trastevere neighborhood. The air conditioner was a welcome relief and worked great. The property was clean but he shower in the bathroom could use some updating with fresh caulk/grout and a shower door that would close to prevent water from getting on the floor. Having instructions on how to use the washing machine would be nice and also having ample clothespins to hang laundry as we only had two. The narrow stairway to get up and down from the apartment was a bit challenging with suitcases

The location was fantastic and Ikra at the front desk was lovely. The hotel smelled like it had a dampness/mold problem - both in the main areas and the rooms. The fridges in the room didn't work and smelled badly, too. The outlets did not work when we left the room, making it difficult to charge computers and batteries while we were out. The staff is not there during the night so although we could WhatsApp them, there was no one to speak to on-site after 6:30 pm. The water temperature and pressure in the shower were inconsistent and made it difficult for the kids to shower without being scalded.

Our room was very close to the breakfast area. Therefore, it was so noisy in the early morning. Plus, we had to listen to the noises coming from upstairs and the next rooms. Toilet was making a huge noise after using it. That was unusual.

Superb location, with super nice staff, brand new facilities that were super clean

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The location and the size were perfect! The ONLY complaint we had was that the water reservoir in the Nespresso maker was very gross. It was only slightly inconvenient however, as there were many coffee shops near the apartment.

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The location was great! Walking distance from the hotel to Piazza Navona! No elevator!

Best staff in Italy, very friendly and helpful and the location is best in Rome Not easy with a car

  • Engine customer Jul 2025

The staff is super friendly and goes above and beyond to help you learn about the best places to visit in the city. The location of the hotel is very convenient and nearby many of the main places you will want to see during your visit.

Location of the property is perfect. So near to pretty much everything and importantly all important locations are practically walkable. Also, it is first time we are vising Rome, the experience of living in such neighbourhood was a great experience. Looking forward to many more visits :). Two things: The taxi stopped at the square; however, the hotel property was 5 mins walk away, that was tough carrying big bags in that road. Wasnt prepared for that. Climbing the stairs, good excersite for sure. However, with the bags, we werent prepared for that. Otherwise, property is great.
