I loved the aesthetics, location and room. I did not like breakfast. There were very few gluten-free options.

Location is perfect for first time travelers, a taxi stand near by, and walkable to all key attractions. The rooms were small, but very comfortable. There were nice cooking and pastries available for breakfast at no cost. Ice machine, sparkling and still water. They have a lovely outdoor patio for a diff vibe, (no major view from the patio though) just the rooms could have a place to keep the luggage and be a bit larger. More a preference than, I did'nt like.

The ladies at the reception desk spoke English and Were friendly and very helpful!! Our room was ready early for our needs and The older gentleman In the very early morning was kind and carried our bags down the stairs. It was only an over night trip, wish we would have stayed there longer.

The location was great. Super short 2-3 min walk to both the Spanish steps (and the very charming/posh Spagna neighborhood), Trevi Fountain, and cute restaurants (both touristy/American friendly and more authentic). It was a reasonable 20 min walk to the Coliseum area (only felt long for us because of 100 degree heat). Short 5 min walk to the Metro, which got us to the Vatican area in about 20 mins total (and could have gotten us to the Coliseum faster). The staff was very friendly. The room was well appointed for the price point. A little tricky to find at first, but once we had, that was more a feature than a bug. FWIW, if you have kids/food sensitivities that make authentic restaurants a challenge, or are pressed for time, it's also super close to a McDonalds, a delightfully upscale KFC, and a Starbucks. Overall... location, location, location. Only real complaint was the shower water temperature. The bathroom/shower itself was great - clean, nicely appointed, heated tile (!), great water pressure. But the water temperature was all over the place. First day it went cold in minutes. I mentioned it at the front desk and to the staff's credit (again, they were fantastic), they had maintenance on it immediately and it seemed solved. Next morning went cold quickly again. I guess that's the nature of older buildings, but it was a bit frustrating since everything else was so nice.

Stood here for 6 nights . may 3 - 9 , 2026. Location is great . Walking distance to pretty much every site . Trevi fountain , Spanish steeps , Pantheon , Piazza Navona , Colosseum . Staff was great also . No complaints except 1 night . Wednesday night try to take a shower and there was no hot water . Just one night I try to shower and there was no hot water.

The staff who helped me was great. He was very kind and helped us with our suitcases. The location is excellent and close to restaurants an shops. The room was spacious and clean. I forgot my pjs and had to contact the property. they were very helpful and gave me instructions on how to recover. Staff were very responsive via wass up. The building has an elevator, but it doesn’t stop on every floor. this is communicated by the hotel; we didn't understand. My room was on the second floor, but to us it was on the fourth floor. In Italy, half floors are counted. We had to walk down 2 flights of stairs with luggage (one to access the elevator and one to access the street), which was difficult (depends on your age and fitness level).

The bed is very hard
-
The room was next to the hotel public restroom.lots of noises in the morning.
-
Very clean and comfortable. Our room was small but all we needed. The front desk people were super friendly.
-
Everything is hardwood so sound travels extremely easily under the doors. The hotel could really do with some soundproofing on the doors or some rugs/carpeting.

Ran out of hot water in the morning when everyone is taking a shower.

The location of the room was good- near the Spanish steps and some trendy boutique stores. Not really for us, family of four on a budget. The room was decent, two twin beds for the teenagers. The welcome drinks were a nice touch. The bathroom was teeny compared to other hotel rooms we stayed in during our trip (another rome hotel, florence and venice). Bathroom was very small. Room was tidy but not very welcoming. Wanted to try the sauna but there was an extra fee so we did not use it. When we arrived, it was not clear that we had to ring the bell on the side of the door (it was dark and hidden). Standing on the street curb trying to figure it out with our luggage in the rain was not ideal. This info should we on the welcome email for guests.

What a fantastic location! Great staff (happiest ever), great room, a very comfortable bed, and a lovely breakfast on the terrace. Adorable elevator. You won't believe how quite it is. Our room window faced a lovely courtyard. We travel quite a bit to Italy and always fly out of Rome. Now we have a fabulous hotel to return to each time. Everything was great!

Amazing breakfast, clean and charming room :) Everything was perfect but having a gym would be nice!

Everything! The all team was very helpful and kind. Thanks a lot to Cloudia ❤️ The location is great, close to everything, landmarks and also restaurants and shopping. By walk, we went all around, even to the Coliseum and the Vatican. We felt safe. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was very tasty and full off options. And also a all day coffe corner with a patio that was good to have in the last day after check out. Thank you! Small elevator, we used it only for the luggage. Our room was on the first floor so it was not naccery for us.
