The location was perfect; also, Termini and 2 metro stations were 3 and 9 minutes on foot. A bus station is just near the apartment. The host was very responsible and helpful; he replied to us even at night upon arrival :) and helped with any questions.

It is sixth floor. View is not so interesting.

convenient location, AC, clean room smaller than expected, wifi was slow, laundry was not available without added cost

Our stay at this hotel was very good the lady who welcomed us was very kind, patient and very understanding, especially because we had to arrive hours after the check‑in time. She explained everything clearly so I wouldn’t have any problems when arriving, and we could feel comfortable. The location was also great I could reach everything easily by public transport, and some places were even within walking distance. There were also nice spots nearby for breakfast and basic shopping, which made the stay even better.

Only location Almost everything except the location. It is a an apartment that made into hotel/airbnb concept. The room has an ‘electric toilet’ which one must not use if there is no electricity. This wasn’t mentioned in the advertisement at all. They have this online check-in but it works completely accidentally. Someone passing through opened the door for us. The automation didn’t work and also property owner didn’t respond. The stuff in the room feels like collected from the street(old and dusty) as it seems the owners didn’t invest in the property at all.

We loved the location and comfort of the bed! Easy instructions to get in and very close to Roma Termini as well as some of the major attractions. The toilet system is a bit dated so there was an odor in the bathroom at times. It could also get noisy in the middle of the night if people from other rooms on the floor were talking as there are multiple rooms and shared kitchen space.

Excellent location, near the central train station and also very close to many important sights in Rome.

The location was great, close to Termini station, near Santa Maria Maggiore and there are bus stops nearby. The apartment is good value for money. The place is super clean and Liviana was very nice, she allowed us to check in before. We also got cleaning in-between our stay and it was very much appreciated.

It was is a great location to easily get to all the sites, be it bus, train, or walking. Nothing

The location was great. Our room was cute and clean and we loved that there was a kitchen down the way. It was a little bit noisy during the night at times but that's often the situation with any Airbnb or hotel.

It’s not B&B as advertised. But they have nice clean kitchen where you have everything you may need to fix your own meal, and coffee-tea-cookies were provided.

Location was fantastic especially being close to the central station -- yet the area could be quite sketchy at night after 11pm but still it's located in the area relatively quiet. It's in the apartment room sharing kitchen space with two other rooms and the walls are quite thin, you could hear sound from the other rooms, also bathroom can smell a bit from the sewages.

Great location and nice clean and nice to have coffee. We were just confused what floor to go on when we walked to the building but found it pretty fast.

Location was great for what I wanted to do, and there were restaurants and stores very close by. The check in process was relatively easy. The showers were hot. The price was cheap, compared to other places in the area. The room was a bit run down and smelt of cigarettes. There was a fragrance diffuser to try to hide the smell, but as I was sensitive to fragrance, I opened the windows and it got a bit better. Walls are a bit thin and there can be noises coming from the bar nearby, but since I came home really late it didn't bother me. You can definitely hear your neighbors in the shared spaces.
