It was within walking distance from the Vatican and the area in general is really nice and very easy to find your way around the neighborhood and the area in general. Shopping in the area is great too. Alessandro was truly sweet and very nice. I will definitely come back again.

Very convenient location, both Vatican and city center reachable by foot, while the neighborhood is still not overcrowded by tourists and has number of nice local restaurants in the vicinity. Very hospitable and helpful owner with valuable tips and advices about visiting Rome. We enjoyed

Location, cleanliness and comfort Bedding was ok but could be better

The location was very good, the room was clean, spacious and quiet. I felt very comfortable and like I was living there. Alessandro contacted me before I left, so I had no worries before I arrived. He contacted me at any time during my stay, which was reassuring. I would like to stay here again next time I'm in Rome. There were a lot of dishes which was so helpful but some were a little dirty. I just had to wash them, so it didn't bother me.

Brilliantly light and airy, full of quirky character touches, and well-resourced with fully-stocked kitchen and great location within easy walking distance of the Vatican and over the river to the historical centre. The host, Alessandro, was helpful and easy to contact, arranging our driver from the airport (a good idea after a tiring journey) and available by WhatsApp whenever we needed anything. The property is beautiful - if you like architecture and especially the history of a city that is as fascinating for its 19th and 20th century iterations as its ancient past, you will enjoy the communal interiors. It has elevators to help get luggage up and down, and the apartment has an enclosed balcony where you can sit or dry clothes, and look along Via Cicerone (when we stayed, the block opposite was clad in scaffolding, but imagine that it’s a classic old-urban view usually!). The property is great! If travelling as a family, the spare camp bed is suitable only for younger children - our teenager found it very hard as she’s nearly full-grown adult size, and preferred the sofa. This is not a criticism of Alessandro or the property (we didn’t raise it as an issue, but just so other travellers know).

Extremely helpful host! Lovely apartment!

Place's location is fantastic, you can walk and see every highlight places! You can enjoy being in Rome safely! The room is enough for alone guests, warm&cozy& comfy. Alessandro was perfect host and ready to respond every question. The room and enterence rules have been already arranged and easy to settle down. Highly recommended, I genuinely must say! See you next time..

The owner Alessandro was very responsive to the numerous issues that occurred. The photos of the property are not current. The bed is uncomfortable. The kitchen microwave did not heat. The kitchen cabinet doors are not aligned and hit each other when opening. One cabinet door was no longer connected to the cabinet. Kitchen stool was broken with a sharp edge rendering it not useable. They were replaced with stools that were too high to allow your legs to slide under. The bathroom had burned out lights. The water pressure was very low when showering. The hot water temp was variable going from scalding to cold. The hand wand in the shower had partially separated and had a sharp metallic edge. The balcony was used to store maintenance items.

I like the location, the friendliness of the staff and the comfortable bed It’s a little bit old and the WiFi was not working
-
Great location, inner count yard so quiet except when other guests are coming in and out of the apartment. Very dark, no light, washroom was clean but had a very strong odour of cabbage, room very small if you had a large suite no where to put, bed has thin mattress

Incredible apartment and Alessandro was amazing! Couldn’t recommend enough. The property was clean, great location, and very good facilities. Alessandro gave a detailed message regarding self check in, which couldn’t have been easier and was a great help throughout the trip. We will definitely be using again!

Nice place for staying in the heart of Rome I love everything

Great host, checking in every couple days to make sure everything was OK. Instructions to get in were very clear. The apartment is big and comfortable, very spacey. Bonus point for washing machine. Great location in a quiet neighborhood close enough to the subway, making it super accessible. Microwave didn't work, there was some old laundry in the washing machine, and some furniture like the couches could use some deep cleaning or revamping.

Good location and spacious.Alessandro was the best host. The location is amazing
-
Very central location for the Vatican Museums and Castel D'Angelo (Fantastic at sunset ). Twenty walk to the centro storico .Plenty of supermarkets nearby

The host was very helpful and responsive. The building is in a great location and we really liked the neighborhood. The apartment is spacious, and we especially appreciated the renovated bathroom. The rest of the apartment looks dated, and the decor could've used more thoughts. The bed makes a squeaky noise whenever one person moves or turns, which was quite disruptive. The sofa has gaps between the cushions and is also not very comfortable.

We liked everything. No complaints!
