After an exhausting journey from the Rome cruise terminal—made even more difficult by canceled train service—Christina and Francesca welcomed us with such warmth, kindness, and professionalism that they completely transformed what had been a miserable morning into a wonderful start to our stay in Rome. It may sound like an exaggeration, but I honestly cannot remember receiving better hotel service anywhere. Thank you both for taking such wonderful care of us and making our time at Hotel Damaso so memorable.

This was a lovely property in an excellent location. Room was clean and spacious and staff were helpful. We only stayed one night for a connecting flight but it was still a memorable experience as we took advantage of the rooftop bar which has view of Rome and was fabulous!

Love this hotel in Roma! A wonderful staff, always willing to answer questions and accommodate our needs. The rooftop is lovely for apertivo after a day of exploring. Guestrooms we stayed in were spacious, very clean and had everything we needed. Breakfast is traditional Italian options, which we love, but they also include scrambled eggs & bacon. The location is very easy walks to many of the top Roma sites and especially close to Campo de Fiori and Piazza Navona with some lovely shopping streets. This was our second stay at the hotel and I will definitely stay again, highly recommend!

The location was perfect! The rooms were small but perfect for one person. Breakfast was okay but could have been a little better.

Great location, feel, staff, breakfast, rooms and bathrooms were nice. Our lighting broke one night and couldn’t be fixed until next day. And the beds could be a little larger. We had 2 twins and they were very small.

Location is perfect, but it is the staff who make the difference. They greet you like a friend and ask about you plans in their beloved city. When you return from your day they ask about how it was, where you went, what you saw. This would never happen in a luxury chain hotel and makes this place a real jewel.

The location was great. The breakfast had everything you could want. The bar and rooftop deck were a bonus. Beds were comfortable. Rooms were clean. The pillows were a bit soft. Although, they did leave 1 extra in the room.
