There wasn't anything I didn't like. I even enjoyed riding in the small elevator.

We really enjoyed this hotel, location was great, just a 5-10 min walk from Termini Station, 10-15 min to the Colosseum. Hotel is renovated, beautiful, very comfortable and has a nice rooftop on the 6th floor. Breakfast is simple but very good! All staff was amazing, a huge thank you specially to the receptionists Ana, Alessandro and Luca, who were extremely helpful with me and my family during our stay, booking taxis, recommending restaurants and helping us with everything we needed! We can’t wait to go back! I know it’s not the hotel’s fault but there was a homeless man sitting by the door the whole time we were there (5 days), it felt a little unsafe specially late at night.

My parents loved this hotel! Location, cleanliness, breakfast and staff were amazing! Thank you Ana for your patience, talking with my father. He LOVES to practice Italian and you were so nice with him (and with us!!). Breakfast lady (sorry I can’t remember her name) was also very sweet with us! And the cleaning ladies did a fantastic job every day. Thank you and we will definitely be back soon! Nothing, everything was great

Plenty of hot water and good pressure in the shower. Comfortable King bed (slightly more firm than my wife would have liked, however). Very good, reasonable breakfast buffet — not included, but easily added with a phone call in the days we wanted it. The hotel is in a busy area near the Basilica di Santa Maria Maggiorre, but it wasn’t loud or too hectic. Best of all was the staff, all of of whom were friendly and helpful, especially Alessandro at the front desk, who went out if his way to make us feel welcome. Housekeeping was very efficient and didn’t insist on cleaning our room at the same time every day. It was always made up whenever we got back to the room. The carpet in the room was stained in places. Not dirty or grimy, just marked here and there. The one-person lift wasn’t ideal — but it was far better than not having one at all.

Small but clean, comfortable room. Great location, near everything. Good breakfast at great price served in the rooftop that shows great views of the city. The room is small and the elevator only fits one person at a time but it is also an interesting aspect of the facility.

A buffet breakfast with options, smart service , excellent cappuccinos No easy way to park to load or unload a vehicle.

The elevator :-(

Very clean and quiet hotel. Very friendly and helpful staff, Luca and Ana. The area around hotel could be cleaner but it still felt safe.

The hotel is a 7-8 min walk from Termini Station, which is the central hub for public transport in and around the city of Rome - this meant getting around the city to all the tourist attractions were all within easy reach. We were booked in room only, however, this was not an issue as there is a cafe called Molino (owned by the hotel owner) directly across the street which served from 7am-midnight. Great menu variety at very reasonable prices. The hotel was exceptionally clean and all staff that we engaged with were very friendly and helpful. Didn`t get a chance to dine on the rooftop terrace as it was closed due to the time of year, however, this was a very minor inconvenience.

The location was amazing....very convenient to all the sites, train station and directly opposite the basilica Santa Maria Maggiore. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

The staff service, it was amazing and everything was clean after room service

The location is great. It's just 5 minutes walk from Roma Termini from which you can take a high speed trains to all over the Italy for day trips (Florence/Naples/etc). The breakfasts are served on the rooftop with the view on the historic area of Rome. The food selection is standard, but the quality is pretty good, especially coffee. The room was pretty nice even though some things could be fixed. For example, the bathroom door was sagging and scratching the floor, or toilet flush button was stuck a couple of times. Also, the thermostat can't keep the desired temperature and instead can either heat up or cool down the room depending on the mode (which can be changed only at reception).

The staff went above and beyond. They treated us so well and were so kind. This made such a massive difference compared to other places we had stayed in the past.

Perfect location close to everything. Clean and nice hotel close to Basilica of Santa Maria Maggiore, Termini train station and 20-25 minutes walk to any attraction of the city. Rooftop breakfast is good value for the money. Staff was super friendly. For 3 days stay perfect match!

The place is in very center of the city, not so far from central train station but still not in the dangerous street, quite safe. We asked for the two split bed, once arrive it was combined, but the staff solved the problem at the first time with very good attitude. The staff are so kind. The place is in the very center, you could go to everywhere by walk. I recommend this place.
