Clean hotel, modern, rooms comfortable. Beds comfortable. Reception area lovely. Reception staff friendly. Bar staff/restaurant Staff sometimes not that friendly. Hot Breakfast items were cold, roof top bar staff were really slow at serving drinks and taking orders.

Staff were very welcoming. Perfect location for walking sightseeing. Rooms are a good size as is the bathrooms. Beds are comfortable & the rooms are clean and pleasant looking. I have nothing bad to say about the hotel. I would recommend to family & friends. The roof top bar was a lovely relaxing place to sit.

Great location for exploring Rome. The hotel was clean, modern, great breakfast. The staff we encountered were all very friendly, helpful and efficient. Rooftop bar is a bonus. Would definitely stay again. There was nothing I would change.

The staff was super nice. I'm celiac and for breakfast I was fully accommodated and even got freshly baked gluten-free croissants. The location is also great, close to train station, and in a quiet neighbourhood. The room was super small and had only one chair to sit in, even though we had Superior King Room booked. TV has no SmartTV and no streaming services. If you have iphone, you wont be able to do anything with it (no mirror image, no web browser, there's even no physical possibility to plug in hdmi cable). For that reason during evenings you can only watch local tv there. The price of the hotel is also pretty high, I was able to book better rooms for less money in Rome, so it's a bit disappointing.
