Clean, comfortable bed and roomy bathroom. Good location near Colosseum and two Metro stops. One night was noisy - otter guests used kitchen up to 2am. Maybe put a sign designating quiet hours.

Shower drain was clogged but not a big deal, very nice place to stay at, I would recommend!

The property is newly renovated. It is very clean and had everything you needed. It is absolutely beautiful and provides a modern finish. Perfect place to stay for a couple. The bed was so big I couldn’t believe it (positive way). No complaints! It was perfect :)

There were no screens on the window (which seems to be typical), but when we wanted fresh air in - it let a lot of mosquitos/bugs into the room.

Location is perfect. Very center. Cleanliness is also great. The hot water for shower is enough. Kitchen available but only for heating; microwave Air conditioning wasn't working at the time; hence replaced with small portable heater which fortunately enough for us; though it is pretty noisy.

There was a cafe steps from the B&B, which was great, there was a kitchen with coffee and muffins for breakfast, we chose to go out daily. Felix answered all of our questions and gave suggestions on dining and point of interest, he also set up airport transport, which was a huge relief. Great location, lots of restaurants and bars nearby. Felt safe at all times Bed was a little firm

Clean, quiet, Can't think of anything

The space, the bathroom was actually much better than the pictures. This nice apartment has three suite-like rooms with their own doors and bathrooms. There is also a lift/elevator in the building. All was very clean and tidy. The bed was very comfortable and new, very calm and quiet neighbourhood. Just that the location is far from center , and also 500m far from Colosseo and its metro station. Kitchen and fridge are very small. But we stayed just one night, so maybe we overlooked something.

The room was incredibly clean and comfortable. Less than a km from the coliseum. We were very busy during the day and it was perfect to end the day with a fantastic bathroom and bed to relax after the heat.

The location of the B&B was perfect, you could see the colosseum from our bedroom window. Federico was a perfect host and helped us with any need we had including sorting out our transport to and from the B&B. Our beds were made daily which was a lovely unexpected surprise and the room was very clean on arrival. We felt very safe within the apartment at all times. The only thing that could have been better is the shower, it was slightly broken but still useable. Apart from that I have no complaints.

I needed more shelves in the bathroom and a peg on the wall for the coat and the handbag
