The air conditioner was so helpful during summer, it worked perfectly, the staff was nice too. The location was away from anything, we were heavily relying on taxi and scooters. The closest bus station was like 600-800 meters but it never came on schedule, the closest metro was like 2 km. The hotel is decent but I’ve been to 4 stars hotel and it’s nothing like that. The location is not worth it if you’re planning to stay in 4 stars hotel instead of budget hotel located in the center of Rome. The room was in general clean but I did find little bugs on the bed.

The commute to the centre of Rome where all the sights are takes approximately 1 hour. This isn’t a bad thing for us, because obviously the location is provided and we knew where we were going. You wouldn’t be able to find a hotel for this price in the centre. The commute didn’t feel draining at all and we liked being outside of the tourist area.

Staying here for the second time. Everything was great. Location is a bit tricky. There is always 10-15 walk to public transport.

At the beginning it was misunderstanding between us and Lorenzo, the person incharge at the reception. I called booking and inform them, however, before hand Lorenzo helped us to get the rooms just as we requested and made it smooth for us to setlle in. We enjoyed our stay especially the breakfast and all the information Lorenzo provided us with for our stay. Informations the offered us were, good nearby restaurants to eat, easy ways to commute to Rome City Center, what atractions we can cover during our stay, maps to help us find our ways in town. Apart from that we could park our car down in the garage which was an extra spoiler for us. We appreciate the food and the genuinely hospitality they offered us during our stay. Thank you Lorenzo and the GP hotel Team. Kind regards, Grigorean Gheorghe A general thing in Italy is parking places should be larger. Is easy to scratch a car and find it scratched because of the tight places for parking.

Excellent hotel

Nothing First of all, the place was very dirty. There were large stains and hair on the bed sheets, so I had to contact them to have the sheets changed. The next day, the towels also appeared dirty, as if someone had removed their makeup with them. The shower head wouldn’t stay in place at all and was very loose; every time I turned the water on, it would rotate and fall. I spent a lot of time trying to adjust it so it could be usable, but it was really frustrating. They advertised a breakfast buffet, but there was no buffet at all. It was just a small selection of pastries and a coffee machine that made very poor-quality coffee. If we wanted eggs or bacon, we had to ask them to bring it to us.

The price We picked this hotel for the price and restaurant. When we arrived, we asked to view the menu. The menu had an abundance of options. We were told it opened at 8:30. We normally eat around 6:00. We just ate something to get us through until the restaurant opened. At 8:40, we were sitting in the restaurant ready to order. The young man at the desk went to the kitchen to let them know that we were there. He came out and told us that the only food they were serving was pizza. This was totally unsatisfactory. We didn’t get an apology or an explanation. We went to a restaurant and didn’t eat until 9:45 pm. My husband and I were very disappointed. Also, the towels are supposed to be white, but they look tan. They were wrinkled as well. I would advise the owner to purchase new towels.

I don't know why this hotel has 4 stars. The location isn't great, but that's not the hotel's fault. The staff is a bit arrogant, especially the guy who didn't even say hello. The elevators are old, and the room card is problematic; the door wouldn't open several times. The Wi-Fi was very weak. The sheets were a bit dirty and there was someone else's hair on the pillows. Plus, you have to pay extra for cleaning, which is completely unreasonable. The soundproofing is very poor; we could clearly hear our neighbors' conversations. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone unless there's no other option.

Room to close to elevator, but still good.
-
Neighbourhood was okay, nothing of interest. But for one night it was fine.

Staff and clean No view

We came one day and the housekeeper had left the door open accidentally.

Breakfast wasn't free.

Room was exactly as advertised and was very comfortable. Staff were very friendly and supportive.

Comfortable No train close by and restaurants too far as well.

The experience overall was decent. Staff was helpful, but nothing out of the extraordinary. The room was big, and the bed extremely confortable. This is not a 4 starts hotel under any circumstances. More like a 3 stars with slightly bigger room. The breakfast was lacking; while I understand Italians are adepts of a sweet colazione, if you are more a savory type of person for breakfast, you will not have may options apart from eggs and bacon. The bathroom was also slightly dirty around the shower area, needs some deep cleaning as soon as possible. The WIFI was quite slow, but to be honest, I only tried it during the first day and gave up when I saw it's not working properly. Soundproofing was a big issue, as we found ourselves across the hall from a baby on the last night, and we were able to hear the crying and screaming like they were in the same room.
