Have A Nice Holiday - Luxury Rooms

Great location, nice staff Beds were very uncomfortable, only 1 pillow per person, we didn't like opened shower (whole bathroom was always wet)

Location was good and the price fair. The shower didn’t work properly. There was no fire alarm in the room. If you wanted to use the coffee maker you had to unplug the minifridge.

The room wasn't clean. I am beyond dissapointed that the stay has been charged on my card when in the reservation is said multiple times that i would pay at the property.

The receptionist Suzie is very helpful and responded very fast to all queries! The roome is cozy! Easy access to the metro and Vatican City!

Great location Very friendly people at the front desk We booked a room for three person and we have one big bad for two person and for the third person it was a small bad, for a kid, not for an adult. We enjoy the room, but that children bad should be changed

Breakfast was so limit. You will get only one chosen bread or other option of your wills and one time/a cup of drinking ?‍♀️. So there is no buffet or more than one to eat. You can have more for paying it ???no free fruits when I was a person like eat fruit ???. Have to buy extra fro €6:50 ???

Big room. Could fit 4 easily. Great location. Very close to Vatican City. Was a bit pricey but anything to fit 4 was pricey.

Location Room had a smell of sewage from the shower. We asked for two double beds got one and a cot. It was advertised as two room

Very close to Vatican. Ladies in the reception are so kind. Super market just on the building. A lot of eating options around the place. After checkout you can store the luggage and collect later. Room was a bit tight for 3 persons and couple of big luggages but was okay since we were out most of the time

Great location and lovely staff. Very simple accomodation if that's what you're after. Shower was not good, no pressure and falling off the holder. Room is a bit dated and musty.

In picture roomsseemed bigger, ours was smaller. The rubbish was not collected and used cups were not cleared.

Very good location with a few hundred metres away from St Peter's Square and metro station. Located on a quiet pedestrian ised street. Very nice breakfast with a deliscious croussant and coffee from a bar beneath the residence. Very nice and helpful staff. Although clean, there were some things in the room which lacked maintence such as a leaking tap in the bathroom, and a mouldy windowsill.
