Location was the best! Just a minutes from the Vatican. Very friendly staff.

Good value for your money. Communication with staff was friendly and helpful and offered recommendations. Great location. Too many stairs however elevator was helpful for my elderly mother. Showers leaked.

We loved the location and quick response from the host. The elevator broke down one of the days we were there.

Friendly staff. The airconditioner was blowing some dirty particles so was must not have been cleaned inside at all. The hairdryer was operating only 30 seconds before stopped due being hot.

I didnt specifically dislike the elevator, it was old but was definitely understandable as it was an old building already. Still works well, though.

Very nice and clean rooms Walls are a bit too thin so you will hear your neighbors all the time so please be considerate and don’t slam doors at 3am at night
