Very well situated near Ottaviana Metro A. Very modern, clean and comfortable. Air conditioned (Rome is hot from May) and bed comfortable. Near Vatican and lots of shops and restaurants. We walked to the centre every day. It’s called a B&B but it is a B. There is no breakfast offered. However immediately downstairs is a super breakfast cafe doing avocado toast and juices.

What I liked most? Honestly—everything. I truly enjoyed my stay at this guesthouse. The owner was incredibly kind and helpful, offering us plenty of great tips and advice on what to see, what to be mindful of, and what experiences not to miss in Rome. The location was absolutely fantastic—just next to the Vatican. There was a wonderful bakery nearby where we could enjoy delicious breakfasts, as well as easy access to the metro and supermarkets. The area is full of great restaurants, so from a location standpoint, it couldn’t have been better. It was also very quick and convenient to reach other parts of the city by metro. The room was very clean, and the lady taking care of the guests made sure every day that everything was spotless and comfortable. We also had access to the kitchen, which allowed us to prepare our own breakfasts. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with my stay and would highly recommend this place. If I ever return to Rome, I will definitely choose this guesthouse again.

We were allowed to use Madame's kitchen, which is in charge of furnishing the rooms. It was wonderfully organized, and we were able to cook just how we wanted. Mercato Trionfale is also nearby, making it ideal for guests who want to enjoy Italian ingredients. However, please remember that we are borrowing a kitchen from another family home. The rooms were, of course, impeccably furnished. It was a shame we only stayed one night.

The location is perfect if you're visiting the Vatican, but we went on big walks to other touristic sites as well with a one year old child and had no problems. The room was always clean and comfortable. Alessandro has been kind enough to order a baby bathtub to make our stay even more accommodating. Not to mention the housekeeping lady, Inga, who was always helpful and nice to us, even sharing her delicious cooking with our family. We will come back for sure! No such thing, everything was positive. However, if you arrive with a stroller, only smaller ones fit in the elevator, take that into account.

Our stay was excellent! The staff were very friendly and attentive — they even brought us an extra duvet when we mentioned we were a bit cold, which we really appreciated. The bed was very comfortable, perfect for resting after a day of sightseeing. The location couldn’t be better, just a few minutes from the Vatican and well-connected to the rest of the city. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to come back! We honestly couldn’t say anything bad about the staff or the room, everything was just perfect.

The room was efficiently-laid out, comfortable and had a lovely setting generally. Staff were amazing, delicious breakfast and very enjoyable stay, we wish it had been longer! They even let us store our bags after checkout while visited the Vatican.
