Greetings! i've booked one room with my own bathroom for 3 nights. Once i arrived host met me and checked in completely different small room with no bathroom inside.I complained and said it is not room what i've booked and i asked why do they checked in me to small room?! They said at the moment room is busy by another guests ( how does it possible if i paid for it long time ago) They've told me ( host who met me and Ms Sonia probably she is owner) they will change my room next day. On next day i texted to Ms Sonia and she started to argue with me that room what i want to stay cost double price now, no idea how does it possible?! Unprofessional manner and hospitality. Have a look at the attached pictures

This is right round the corner from the Vatican. Excellent location. I had to wait for a confirmation to this place. I had asked for a triple room as I wanted a room with single beds each. The confirmation came back but for a double. The bed was double; the room was like a prison cell, totally different from the pictures online. I met another woman who also had asked for a triple and was lumped into a double. The bathroom is not ensuite but across a corridor with a separate key. The main portone would not open We were left fiddling at 3 am Worst the charged us twice for the city tax. The mattress was dirty and bobbly with no mattress protector on it.

It was a terrible experience, they transferred us to another building the next day with 3 more rooms and a couple of other people, we had 2 bathrooms for 10 people!

Nice property clean though unpractical (bathroom separated with key…) Staff VERY rude and impolite (plus unhelping wether for basic supplies or for keeping luggage a few hours before departure…)

Location is good Old building with little facilities and no staff stationed there

The address is very near but going up to the room was hard… due to broken elevator Hard to communicate the staff. And elevator that time was broken. I need to ask favor with my cousin who can speak italian. And ask favor about my 3 luggaes going down due to broken elevator. Yes she got someone to help but that was a long discussion. Very frustrating
