The locations is perfect: close to the Vatican, terrific shopping and eating options all around, and the metro very close by. Without the air conditioner on, there is quite a lot of street noise…it’s a very popular street for shopping.

We had a wonderful stay at Polinari Rooms San Pietro. This is a charming, family-run guesthouse with exceptionally kind and welcoming hosts who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived. The location is excellent: the Vatican is only a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest metro station is very close, making it easy to explore the city. Our double room was comfortable, clean, and well equipped, with everything we needed for our stay. The bed was very comfortable, and despite the central location, the area was quiet at night. We were even able to sleep with the window open, which we greatly appreciated. A small breakfast was served each morning and was a pleasant start to the day. We thoroughly enjoyed our long weekend in Rome and would happily stay here again. Many thanks to our lovely hosts for their warm hospitality. Highly recommended.

Excellent property we were in the heart of Rome ..close to the Vatican and all tourist sights ..plenty of restaurants, cafes below our room . Room was beautiful ..breakfast a treat , room clean and comfortable and we had everything we needed and was wonderful. Highly recommend this amazing property ..thank you for having us.

The hosts were exceptionally kind and genuine. The property was quiet and peaceful, along a pedestrian only street. It was nice to get away from masses of people and “escape” back to less people and quiet. Breakfast was just enough to get day started and Stefano made the best cappuccino.

They serve good breakfast every day and we are all satisfied because of generous food that they serve. Maybe to ask the customers If the room needed to be clean or to Provide a sign outside door if room needs a service or not
