The location is excellent for those who want to visit the Vatican Museum and also for the metro station. The room was very clean. Franca was such a lovely person and very collaborative. The bathroom little bit small but for short stays it is ok.

Franca (the host) was an absolute powerhouse of a woman. A devoted wife and proud Nonna. I chose her place after reading all the positive comments about her. She was the ultimate dealbreaker ☺️ Just 7 mins walk from vatican city, 2 mins walk from the metro and less than a minute walk from JOLLIBEEEEE!!! the place was surrounded with Italian restaurants, P.S. Please let her know in advance if you’re not having breakfast, i felt really bad skipping breakfast when I had to leave early ♀️

- The host is so nice and kind! She gave us tips and was serving us breakfast in morning. - The breakfast was very good and so various - The location is very close to Vatican - Beds were comfortable for us! Nothing really bothered us. Maybe just the bathroom isn't freshly renovated.

Franca is a fabulous host … the whole place is immaculate and so very welcoming and the location could not have been better and Franca’s breakfast are excellent There’s was nothing I didn’t like

Clean, lovely host (Nele), excellent communication, quiet location, close to Metro, bed comfy, good AC and close to Vatican. Bathroom on the small side but functional, on the first floor but lift available. Didn't have breakfast because owner in hospital, but compensated by not having to pay city tax (6€ per person per night) and grateful they were still be able to accommodate us

Nice bed & breakfast. Owner very lovely & extremely helpful. Large room. Convenient to subway. Central. Lovely breakfast by owner all freshly prepared. Recommended. Stairs with luggage as lift does not go to the floor of B&B. Bathroom small, mould in tiles around bottom of shower. Could probably get cleaner to used exit mould when cleaning. Otherwise would recommend.

5 minute walk to Vatican! Franca (the hostess) is amazing! The location is amazing! Will definitely book again! Everything was great!

The location was perfect, very close to the Vatican in a safe and quiet neighbourhood. Franca was very sweet and welcoming. Our room was slightly dated but spacious and clean. Overall would definitely recommend for a getaway in Rome! The bathroom was functional, but on the small side and could use a bit of improvement.
