The staff were exceptional, nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were cleaned daily. We were given fresh towels daily and toiletries and tea and coffee were replenished if needed. The location was perfect. There were elements of the decor that were a little tired. There was only one bedside cabinet and not enough plug sockets. None of these things impacted our stay adversely and I would highly recommend this hotel.

Housekeeping was friendly and feel they did a good job from a very tired hotel. Location was amazing. The room was cold, the water was cold including showers. I had 2 hot showers near the end of my stay. I ran a marathon then entered a cold room then had to take a cold shower (this was March). I had had no remote control for TV. What I asked about it the person wrote it down on a piece of paper then said "okay". I asked "what would happen" and he replied "I've dealt with it". I asked again "so want happens now, he replied "I've written it down, it's now housekeeping that deals with it". The next morning I asked housekeeping they replied "it's reception I need to see". I go back to reception then same guy replies "I will be up in few minutes with control. Few minutes comes with new TV remote control, all working looking all good then leaves. We then try to get TV working, the aerial isn't even plugged in at the back. The TV is solid against the wall, I can't connect aerial cable to TV. I can't stream from my phone because it can't connect to internet. To top this off, we had mould on the wall. Under Italian law, this is illegal. In description it says "free tea and coffee?" One coffee sachet between 2 people for 4 days.

Was close to the metro The room was dirty, with mold everywhere, the sink was leaking, the shower too. They ask to pay the city tax cash and then the don't have the change.

The breakfast was very poor. The location was far away from everything and metro station. The beds in the room made noise with every movement. This was the worst hotel I’ve ever booked

Close to everything, comfortable beds The shower was terrible the shower head didn’t stay up had to ask for toilet roll a few mornings never replaced it has said we had a balcony no a big dirty wall

Excellent location near the Vatican City, friendly staff & comfy rooms I enjoyed all aspects of the property

Location Not clean, worn down, poor service, poor drainage in the sink and shower.

Great location very friendly staff ,close to transport , very short work to the Vatican and a nice walk in to the centre of Rome ,many places to eat close by and a high street with plenty of shops and pharmacies etc There’s nothing not to like

The mattress was fairly good The room was cold. Air-conditioning didn’t function. Two out of the four days the water was cold, too!

Smooth checkin, front desk available 24h, irreprochable cleanliness, excellent location, staff very courteous & easygoing Nothing to complain
