La ubicación.

Although the listing states "Each room includes a private bathroom with a shower and a hairdryer.", this room does not and only has access to two sub par shared bathrooms. Towels are not included, showers are a 4ftX3ft rectangle, no place to put toiletries while showering. Everyone in the hostel has the same key and can access your room if they want.

Very nice staff and very clean apartment. The location is perfect, simple bedroom just to take a shower and sleep.

Right near the Vatican Not good value for your money. Found out we had to pay an extra 90 euros added on to the original high price. You’re sharing the bathroom with a few other rooms.

Do not stay here. My husband and I arrived and were asked by Tito the host for our ID's and passports; we had already been staying on holiday in Italy, and this was the first place we were asked for this. He started taking photos of our documents with his personal smartphone, we asked him why, he explained "It's for the police." We continued asking to see the website where he'd upload our data, or to understand more about what he meant. Tito became upset and told us to leave immediately and would not answer any more questions. We had to ask several times to have our photos deleted from his phone, and we left as soon as possible after. Do not stay here. Remember cash for the city tax and towels fee. The neighbors were a bit loud at times but not late at night.

I love the location very close to Vatican and metro. The host is very accommodating and approachable. Room is clean and big.

R. T. House was awesome. Very helpful staff, its next to Vatican museum and public bus and trains are nearby locations.

The door's locks were hard to open.

The location is really good, just walking distance to Vatican, as well as train station and other public transportation. The beds were not really comfortable

For the price, the accommodation was decent overall. However, I was disappointed that I wasn’t given any towels. I stayed there for two days. I suspect it might have been because the Indian receptionist didn’t receive a tip from me, but with such service, I didn’t feel like leaving one. The room wasn’t very clean or cozy. Definitely bring your own slippers and towels. On the positive side, there was a beautiful view of the city, and the low price balanced things out. Also, the location was good. Service. Cleanliness. location is very centre but quiet enough the building itself is classic tall celling it was a gap stay between other b&b near so chose for the price and location. Just stay one night for this location is reasonable No towels provided unless ask but we knew this as many review said. Until check in time, you cannot drop luggage (but in Rome many b&b seems to be like this)

We have look for/ rent/ paid another room, person in charge never showed up, he send me a video with instructions on how to access room and the key were not in the box. We paid for nothing. I am expecting to get a refund since we rent another facility. We arrived very tired and have to look for another room. This was a complete fraud. Person in charge leave is on the street since never showed up.
