Lovely little hotel. Lovely comfy rooms and great helpful and friendly staff. Anca and Marco were both lovely and had lots of great tips for Rome. Nice air conditioning and great little fridge too which was perfect in 38 degree heat in July for Rome. Everything was in walking distance or quick bus ride so we loved it. All of it was great

The receptionist was amazing! When I arrived I had an issue with the check in and she helped mw without hesitation. Very friendly and happy to help!

So convenient, I usually like a hotel with a bar but at this hotel it wasn’t necessary it was so conveniently located . I’d stay again

Location is great, staff is also very friendly. Not only is the room small, but the bed is too. It's not very comfortable for two people. The rooms are very close to each other, and you can hear if your neighbor is coughing or snoring.

Staff was very helpful and friendly ! Anka helped us with setting up transportation without hesitation.. Marco was helpful with assisting in recommending rest. We truly enjoyed the Eccelso hotel and would highly recommend to anyone going to Rome, its walk-in distance to the Vatican, restaurants and shopping! Met all expectations
