The location is great! Close to attractions. Wifi was not working properly. I mean connection quality was poor. Some part of the room even couldn’t connect. The staff wants to take city tax and other costs (minibar, etc.) in cash but they do not have change (coins) which enforces you to pay more without your own decision. We stayed 3 days. Both at check in and check out they didn’t have changes, so change problem was not just an exception.

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, and the breakfasts were delicious. I truly enjoyed my stay here. I will definitely come back and stay here again the next time I’m in Rome. Thank you so much!

near to everthing(Trainstation,Shopping center,restaurants etc. my only comment is their toilet water flush need to manually close and open , But other than that it’s perfect

The room was so clean and comfortable. The place is closed to everything. Even though self check in. Our breakfast was included. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They give us clear information about the city .

The location was very convenient for our trip The room was not like the picture but it was ok, recently renewed. We would like another mirror outside the bathroom and also a carpet or something to avoid slips in the restroom. The first night the AC didn’t work but the staff helps us for the following night. We found only 1 blanket but we were 4 people.

Breakfast is fine, friendly staff, comfortable to stay, and most especially nearby the st Peter Basilica church and nearby the shopping and restaurant. Very recommended ? Please next time you need to change the used towel every day ? ?

Everything else was very good, especially the location. We had to wait for half an hour for the receptionist, in order to make the check in.

We had a fantastic time in the incredible city of Rome with my family, and having great hotel accommodations played a big part in that. The location is brilliant—near a metro station and right in front of a bus stop to the main attractions, including being in close proximity to the Vatican. Location and reachability was perfect. Air conditioner wasn't perfect. And there are no spoon fork plate etc. in room or anywhere near.

Location is perfect, big room, tv with all streaming services Noise cancellation was not good - we could hear all from the next room and the hall, air conditioner is right next to the bed so impossible to use properly

It was clean, the location was good and staff was friendly The walls of the rooms are very thin and therefore noisy. During our stay, there were unfortunately 2 other groups staying who always came in late at night and being very loud, not considering other guests. Because of the thin walls and the shared space that was also not really separate, it was not very comfortable. When trying to contact the staff with the number they supported, they did not respond and were only available between 8:00 and 20:00. Outside these hours they were not reachable. Moreover, our toilet leaked which was a small inconvenience.

I liked the location, and the room was very big. It could be more clean. Their was dust everywhere and the flour was too dirty as the couch. Also the bed was two smalls and you can fill the gap between them.
